“Everyone assumes that eating healthy equates to bland food, only vegetables, or no meats. Well you can cast aside those thoughts. There are tons of choices in refrigerated meals that just have to be microwaved for 2 minutes and are delicious. You can also make your own bowl at the counter as if you’re in Chipotle. You also have many drink options, delicious muffins, and their version of a rice krispy treat. Add in a very nice staff and you have a winner at the old Good Steer location.“

“We absolutely love Energize Nutrition. They have what we are looking for- delicious healthy protein and energy packed Nutrition. We love their protein shakes as a meal replacement. Our favorite if you're wondering where to start are the banana nut bread with chocolate drizzle or the pumpkin pancake with caramel drizzle. For the energy teas there's so many. We really like the Peach Bellini, Maui Sunrise, Autumn Breeze, Apple Cider and the Blackberry Sangria. It's fun to change it up, never boring. We also take advantage of the grab and go protein snacks and banana caramel over night oats with fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana. Everything is well proportioned and we feel great with these healthy choices. We joined the gym and it's a great combo that's really working and helping us!“
