Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. That showed me how much Jeff and Sweetwaters West Main matters for Smithtown!“

“The customer service at this Starbucks location is phenomenal. I don’t know how they do it, but from the time I place my order on the drive thru line to the 2min or less it takes me to get to the window, my order is always ready. They are super fast and yet the drinks are better here than any other location. I am now a regular! Long gone are the days of waiting 20-30min on a drive thru line at the Hauppauge location. I’m so happy this Smithtown location has opened up! They are also super friendly and the inside of the store is beautiful.“

“Everyone there is so nice, their sandwiches are the best! I’m in there almost every day, as I call my order in - 3 egg whites made dry, with ketchup, on whole wheat bread. And when I get there maybe 20-30 minutes later, it’s there, waiting for me. And if I order it before 11am, it comes with a small coffee Monday-Friday. Their tuna is very good too.
