“I have stalked BBB on Facebook forever… I saw that they were hosting a popup at a craft fair in town, and although I had planned to lounge on the couch all day and not leave my house, I put on a bra and went to give them a try and IT WAS 100% WORTH THE BRA! I bought way more than I should have, and ate WAY more than I really could have! We are going to a party this weekend and I placed another order. “I haven’t been to a Cold Stone in years. I happened to be in the area and decided to take my family. Due to the reviews I almost decided against it. I’m so happy my desire for a delicious Birthday Cake Remix superseded my hesitation. The staff were amazing. The young man that assisted me not only remembered our entire 5 sundae order, he made each of them with a smile. The customers ahead of us and behind us all received similar service. Every establishment has their off nights, staffing issues, bad moods etc. However, despite the poor reviews this place has received, I urge you to go if you’re reluctant to. My kids keep asking when we can go back. I wish I lived closer, but we do live close enough to return on a semi regular basis… which we will be doing.“
