“Horrific service Thurs Oct 18th 2024 around 520p. Staff totally ignore people that come in. Place was empty and three people were behind the counter and I couldn't get anyone to help me. Even when something was said by another customer that came in, still no help. I ended up leaving not getting the the items I wanted.“

“I wanted to update my review after hearing directly from the owner. I appreciate him taking the time to personally reach out, review what happened, and acknowledge my concerns. It means a lot when a business owner takes customer feedback seriously and is willing to have a genuine conversation.

We chose Rolling Pin Bakery because our wedding package included this bakery as an option, and after our tasting, we preferred their cake over the other choice. I want to emphasize that the cake itself was wonderful—it looked beautiful, tasted great, and was delivered on time. The decorators did an excellent job, and we were happy with the final product.

My original concerns were not about the cake, but about the communication experience leading up to our wedding. As the wedding got closer, we reached out to confirm that everything was set. Having reassurance and confidence in those final details is incredibly important when planning such a meaningful day.

On the morning of our wedding, after not receiving a response to our check-in email & call a few days prior, we called because we wanted to make sure everything was on track. During that conversation, we learned there had been an issue with our paperwork. Thankfully, the bakery did have our cake scheduled and everything came together, but hearing that information during such an important and emotional time created unnecessary stress. We were at the point of discussing whether we needed a backup plan, which is not something any couple wants to be thinking about the morning of their wedding.

Thankfully, everything ultimately worked out. We are truly grateful for the work that went into creating such a special part of our wedding day.

After speaking with the owner, I appreciate his acknowledgment that the communication could have been handled differently and that a simple reassurance would have made a significant difference. I believe feedback is valuable when it helps businesses improve, and I appreciate that he was willing to listen and take the time to understand my perspective.

I am updating this review from 2 stars to 4 stars because of the way the owner handled my concerns after the fact. His willingness to personally reach out, acknowledge where things could have been better, and have a respectful conversation reflects the kind of customer care I hope businesses strive for. While my original concerns remain valid, I also believe businesses should be recognized when they take accountability and make an effort to improve.

Overall, we enjoyed our cake and appreciate Rolling Pin Bakery being part of our special day. My hope is that future couples have both the beautiful final product we received and the communication and reassurance that make the entire experience as stress-free and enjoyable as it should be.“

“I actually never heard of this place, but I was searching for Teramasu online and I came across this place. So I order a slice of Teramasu, I have to say it was absolutely delicious, and it came in a nice pink box with flatware on a flat black plate. I will definitely order from this place and definitely visit this place , I highly recommend. If you had a sudden urge for desert like I did, love it❤️❤️❤️????“

“Went to get some ice-cream after dinner. The staff greeted us as we walked in the door. They were quick and efficient. They double checked that certain ice-cream were okay to have with my food allergy. They have a freezer full of premade ice-creams and cakes or you can pick from different size cones or cups. They have different flavors of soft serve or hard ice-cream and many different toppings to choose from. They don't have any seating so we had to take it to go. I was so intent on eating my ice-cream I forgot to take pictures.“

“Swirls and Twirls is such a good place to bring your kids. Kid friendly, employees are nice, always clean when I walk in. The owners are super nice and they always are so cheerful and welcoming! I love that we can pump our own Icecream it gives the kids a lot to do.“

“My family and I have been frequenting A&G for about 20 years at this point because they have some of the most decadent and moist brownies you’ll ever come across! Over time, we’ve purchased and grew to love their cheesecakes, rainbow cookie cakes, apple turnovers, etc.

The “icing on the cake” for me (pun intended) was Diane’s customer service and personability! I needed a personalized cake made for a coworker’s birthday and Diane and her team were able to fashion together this cake that not only went beyond my wildest imagination but tasted great! Everyone there is so helpful, creative and efficient! Thank you so much Diane for making this moment as special as it was!!“

“Love this place. This best frozen yogurt and so many toppings even though I only take one. Kids will love it. It is very clean and every person who ever waited on me there has provided good service and had a positive attitude. Tuesday is buy one get one. Love the tart flavor and good old vanilla the best. I didn’t catch her name but there is one woman in particular who always seems happy and makes conversation when I come in and it feels nice. Only issue is the parking lot can be a pain.“
