“Just left a crazy Thursday night at IL Forno. What a fun and enjoyable evening we had. We walked in with no reservations and the manager snuck us right in and we even got to the listen to an amazing singer. We have been here a few times, this was by far the most fun we had. Everyone was laughing. The staff which seems to be plenty was having a good time. The manager and Owners kept walking around and making sure all was good and everyone was happy. Thank you for restoring our fun Thursday evening with no COVID fears.”

Excellent sandwich Lots of bacon and they actually used X large eggs rather than the x small eggs other deli uses. Just started working in this area and this will be my go to spot The prepared healthy salads are amazing and a daily hot foods menu. Highly recommended”

After enjoying a couple of delicious slices of Nonna's Pizza. we took home a menu, knowing that we would be back in the near future to sample more items from Sal's. If you find yourself anywhere near Somers, NY, definitely stop by Sal's Pizza and Pasta. You will not be disappointed.”

“Catering is fantastic! All our guests were raving about the chicken Marsala, veal sorrentino, stuffed shells and penne alla vodka. Delivery is prompt and courteous. We also used them for Super Bowl, wings and wedges were outstanding! Froggys is our go-to. 🐸❤️🙌🏻”

“I’ve eaten multiple times at Our Kitchen and have always had a great experience - the food, staff, service and atmosphere have always been wonderful. However yesterday was the first time, we utilized (or attended) an event in their private room upstairs and I cannot say enough good things about it. We celebrated my 70th birthday and everything was perfect. The food was delicious (served family style and there was plenty of it!), the food and bar service was great, the room itself was perfect (a very nice room with lots of space for the kids to run around) and Melanie was so easy to work with! I highly recommend Our Place for lunch, dinner and in particular, for your private event!”

“My boyfriend and I went to this place for dinner. I have to say we had one of the most delicious meals ever. We started with the Tuna Carpaccio and a dozen Oysters on the half shell. The Tuna was beautifully presented and delicious as were the Oysters. We had huge hot popovers served with a honey butter which were mouthwatering. We also tried the Crab Cake which was one of the best I have ever had. The Crab was fresh, and the tarter sauce was very light and didn't over power the Crab, For dinner we decided on the Roasted Chicken with watercress and the Butter Brown Spinach Ravioli. They were both amazing and the presentation was absolutely exquisite down to the garlic shaves on top of the watercress. For dessert my boyfriend had the Chocolate Sorbet and I enjoyed the Toasted Almond Ice cream as well as the fresh baked cookies with milk. I couldn't have asked for a better ending to the meal. The Ice Cream and Sorbet were delicious and the freshly baked warm cookies with milk were scrumptious. Everything was homemade and you can tell how much love goes into the food here. The server we had Mae was friendly, smiling all the time, very attentive and made our time there so nice. A special thank you also to Kerri Casso who is the Service Manager there. I know her from her previous job and Kerri is the reason we tried this place. She checked on us several times and made sure we were happy. Thank you to Mae, Kerri, Sunny and everyone there who made our meal enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!”

“My daughter-in-law, Amy Sowder-van Erk, brought me here for my first Blue Heron experience, and personally, it met all expectations, and more! I had an excellently crafted cappuccino and decided to try the gluten-free almond cookies (come in a package of 4). For those of you who are gluten-free or gluten sensitive, you know how difficult it is to find that perfectly delicious, made with love, delicacy. These are out of this world and have a full almond taste and are wonderfully chewy. A highly recommended respite for anyone looking for that perfect spot to enjoy your coffee or tea, and dive into a delectably home made perfection.”

We shared a little bit of life story with each other, and he sent me home with 2 desserts and the best pizza I have eaten in a while!!
