“This Dunkin has the BEST glaze donuts out of all the northeastern Dunkins I've visited throughout the years.

I don't go to Dunkin for coffee --- but I do go for donuts.

I live in Waterbury, but whenever I'm in Danbury or traveling to NYC, I must stop here and get 3-4 glaze donuts.

Never disappointed. Their donuts make me happy. :-)“

“Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop.  They do have the best coffee and tea.  I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness.  I like the donuts, although I don't have them often.  The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time.  I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them.  They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old.  They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore.  The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally.  The bagels are not my favorite.  They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy.  They should try to work on that because they always seem stale.  The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad.  I like the new sourdough bread that they have now.  The avocado toast is very good.  I don't like the sundried tomatoes though.  They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people.  I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now.  They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I don't like that they changed their rewards program.  It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from.  They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.“

“The newly renovated DD is now open. The new look is sleek and modern. I did go late in the afternoon/early evening. But to my surprise, they had my Bavarian Cream donut (hard to find) so I was happy. I ordered Peppermint Mocha coffee, which was good, but had quite a bit of coffee grinds at the end in the bottom of my cup. This is still one of my favorite quick stops in the morning. Love the Avocado toast w/bacon.“

“This spot is the one I like best. I eat in many restaurants but to this place I go the most. The stuff is very professional and the cooking they cook is so appetizing. I never decline to have a decent dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.“

“I have used this DD for years. It is always clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is pretty large, so one can usually find a table to have your coffee and what ever else you ordered. Some of the other DD are too small to have a relaxing cup of coffee b/c they have very limited seating.“

“I stopped here while heading downstate via the Taconic State Parkway. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was good. I ordered 2 hashbrowns and one batch was burnt. The hashbrowns had a hard texture. The other batch was great though“

“The People who work there are so nice and Polite, the Food and Drinks are Delicious 😋 everything about Dunkin is Terrific especially the Employees, I Love ❤️ going to that Dunkin as far as I am concerned this one is the Best Dunkin around 👍👍👍“

“The wait is over indeed! Took forever to get to. The highway said Exit 4 Dunkin Donuts. Ok I thought just off the highway. Not a scavenger hunt moving from one sign to DD this way sign to another. Almost gave up. lol.
Place is impressive for a DD. Very clean. A lot of merchandise for sale and display. They even had a DD mountain bike.
I went with an iced latte. Surprised to espresso machines so decided to give it a try. Came out good. Also went with some Boston crime star shape for the holiday“

“i think it’s crazy how people go here once and then leave a bad review. this place has issues but overall it is a friendly environment. a lot of places such as this one are more than short staffed. no grown adult wants to work here so we have a whole bunch of high schoolers who are trying to continue going to school, while making money and dealing with people who could never run this place their selves but still continue to put our work down and say it’s not enough. it’s hard. imagine how it is being manager /shift leader at 18. so please any place you go have patience and take in to consideration that at of a lot of these places ppl are thrown on the job and basically learn from self instruction or observation. we try our best!!“
