The local who insisted I had to grab one as we walked by absolutely knew what he was talking about. Abuela's Empanadas was my introduction to the fat-kid status that would come to describe the entire time I lived in New York City as a Midwestern transplant, lol. “Burger Baby by Wonder absolutely exceeded my expectations! I had the truffle burger, and it was incredible perfectly cooked, so juicy, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. Wonder also has cookies that were just as amazing. My son absolutely loved them and couldn’t stop talking about how good they were. “Nice spot to grab some boba tea or smoothies. Most of the drinks are phenomenal, and the boba itself is sweet, but not overpowering, and is chewy, but not too chewy, making it perfect to my liking. I also enjoy how I am available to change the sugar and ice content, giving me the ability to tailor it to my liking even further. My only complaints are that the blender is loud, making it hard to communicate and understand the server. Also, the drinks from the “Butterfly Pea” series taste like water after a while. Since they opened I been going at least once a month and it never disappoints. No offense to the crew on 125th but this one just has the juice! (pun intended). They always give you a little left over and let you modify with no problems.

We tried the: Pineapple Ginger, Fruit Punch, Tumeric/Ginger/Spirulina, Soursop, and Mauby. Pineapple Ginger is my favourite. Tumeric/Ginger/Spirulina was spicy and delicious. Fruit Punch reminded me of my mum’s delicious smoothies. Soursop was a delicious new flavour. Mauby was a palate cleanser. Loved every combination—highly recommend for your sea moss needs. “I only put the 5 stars so this can be seen ....I go on mondays only now unfortunately, I've been a customer here for years and slowly started going elsewhere where because see if the watered down smoothies specifically made by the young Spanish guy they NEVER come out properly when made by him I only come on Mondays now when owner or his wife is present they know what they are doing & the girl in the back are the best ! I literally go back to my car when I see the (other) guy there ......today I gave him another chance at the peanut butter smoothie usually thick and tasty , is watered down and milky....I like my smoothies thick and tasty and after so long working there it blows my mind he cant get the smoothie downpacked ....the lady does it best (keep her) in there !!!!!
