Diverse menu and delicious drinks. If anything with duck is on the menu or a special, get it, you will not be disappointed. Soup dumplings and salmon rice cakes the best. Spicy watermelon margarita is my favorite.
Bamboo Southampton is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the vibrant atmosphere. The staff and the owner Jess Gouws were incredibly friendly and attentive and made me feel welcome throughout the entire dining experience.
The food was phenomenal. I tried the bamboo roll, the bang bang chicken and the bamboo house lo mein and each dish was a masterpiece. It’s clear the chefs put their heart and soul into crafting these dishes.
