“Ambiance (5/5): On a Friday evening around 7:30p, our party of 6 were quoted a 45 min wait time but the real wait ended up being 20 min!
The establishment has a narrow hallway for indoor dining in large booths. Past this are some smaller tables and a bar with high top seating. We enjoyed some cocktails as we waited before we were seated in their outdoor space with several tables that can accommodate large parties. The lighting was a bit dim but otherwise bustling and nice atmosphere.
Service (5/5): They were incredibly busy but we felt like we were serviced quickly and our food came out fairly quick! Our waitress was super courteous and lovely!
Food (5/5): Each dish had large portions that was perfect for our family style dining. The food was delicious
OMG the table bread!! TO DIE FOR. We had a refill of them and we didn’t want to spoil the rest of appetite…
Calamari: cooked to perfection, nothing was chewy or hard to bite into. Light but flavorful breading.
Port Pear salad: superb blend of textures and flavors from the variety in toppings. The vinaigrette was light but flavorful!
Vegetable stuffed mushrooms: Hard to go wrong with mushrooms stuffed with chesse
Pistachio pesto tortellini: This was the most flavorful of the 3 pasta dishes we ordered! Felt like the pesto flavors were done beautifully.
Pappardelle Bolognese: Classic taste, overall solid
Scarpariell: My least favorite but mostly bc the sauce wasn’t for me. The meats were cooked wonderfully. The bed of risotto was fire.

“I’ve been going here for over 20 years and it’s constantly a reliable spot. The personal pie is a reasonable price and plenty large to fill up on. I also recommend the penne vodka and garlic knots any day of the week. Definitely do take out rather than dine in because there’s limited seating and the service isnt fantastic.“

“Rocco’s is our go to for pizza or Italian food. Tonight I ordered on the slice app and chose the wrong pie not realizing until it was delivered. I called and they explained the online menu to me, even though it was my error they then delivered the pie I intended to order. Great food, great customer service, delivery always come on time or usually before expected. I cannot say enough good things about Rocco’s our absolute fav! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Absolutely delicious 🤤 was given a sample of the chicken bacon ranch today(they just gave me as a bonus 😍) it was really perfect. I also picked up some other special slices and they are just as good. All the staff is above and beyond polite and such a beautiful team. We always feel welcome and full. “It is a pizza store that looks like most others but the pizza is exceptional! I had a slice of Margherita and then ordered 2 more for home! Their menu is very extensive with Italian dishes. It is a big space for roomy dining.

Not only does the food have a better taste and quality than a lot of their competitors, but the personal greeting and touch makes them stand apart. Having owned a pizzeria in the past, the East Quogue Pizza & Deli makes a very flavorful pie. They will go out of their way to make it the way you want, which holds true for all of the food they cook and serve there.“

“Golbergs is the best, been a staple in my life growing up and proud to say that this a true gem of a location and establishment. Recently this location opened up a Pizza shift which is pretty amazing! Being right down the street this is my new go to!

Amanda and her team are always great, and love supporting local. Major upgrade from their old location, plenty of parking, and it's still busy from open to close.
