“Was in the neighborhood and decided to order some food for take out. Their Food was delicious. We ordered rice, rotisserie chicken and pupusa with beans. The chicken was crispy and tasty. The Pupusa’s were delicious. Definitely would go there again.“

“Food, service, accommodations, patience, and did I mention the food, especially the pastas were nothing short of amazing. This is the first time in a while where I was impressed with the costumer service of everyone from the hostess to the waiter and all staff. “OMG! This place is amazing. I heard about it from a few people but I live in Spring Valley and never thought about going when the “what’s for dinner” question was asked. Happened to be driving by and stopped for lunch. Now I’m kicking myself for not going sooner. I’m locking my fingers and looking for more. We had the Disco balls and the Mexican jumping balls. Even the employees were super nice and friendly. Cannot wait till we go again which will be very soon.“

“Very friendly and attentive staff! This was a great experience. Bread came out with a plate of delicious mozzarella and tomato in olive oil (complimentary). I had shrimp parm that was very tasty. Loved the sauce. I ordered it with the roasted potatoes, and although I thought they were a bit lacking in flavor (need some spice or something), I was so happy that I had a choice of pasta, salad, or potato. My husband had the chicken sorrentino and really liked that too. He ordered it with a salad and that also was good. We ordered two desserts. Cannoli was good, but I've had better. My husband really enjoyed the banana pudding. Then they gave us zeppoles on the house, which we had to take home as we were already stuffed with good food. Highly recommend this place!“

“This review is so overdue! This restaurant has become my go-to place for the best food in the area. I have tried so many restaurants but none keeps on calling my taste buds like La Cambusa! I come with my hubby and daughter and most recently with some of my betsies..I love their menu is small but super delicious. Their appetizers are amazing ? the little bruschetta at the beginning is so yummy and you kind of build it yourself. The flavors are super clean and sauces are light and full of flavors. Sometimes food is drenched in so much sauce that it loses its unique flavor but not here. Every dish is a perfect harmonious bite. It is BYOB which is a plus. Keep up with the nice clean flavors! “My good friend and myself stumbled into Dolce Vita not too long ago when it was the only restaurant in Nyack that was opened very late. We struck gold. We have been back several times and the food, the service, the owner, the atmosphere are the very best . All are wonderful.“

“In my opinion, Perusia has the best thin crust pizza in town, we also loved the mussels, ravioli, bolognese, & tortellini. We were there for our Daughters birthday party today, and she and her friends loved the pizza, spaghetti & meatballs, & the pasta pomodoro and had a great time. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, they held our birthday cake overnight for us and allowed us to decorate the table an hour before hand while the kids were at the escape room in the next shopping center. “Yo. This place is it. The truth. Tonight we decided was gonna be a pizza night but my wife specifically wanted PIZZA - like not a tavern style bar pie or a Patsy's/Angelo's NY margarita type. Old school pizza, pizza. Bob's delivered. Literally. From Tappan to Upper Saddle River they brought some of the best "plain" slices I've had since moving to NJ - and it showed up quick, hot and totally in tact. We fking loved this pizza. There are more than a few great places to get Pizza near us - but I'm absolutely thrilled to add this one to the regular rotation. Tonight I'll drink to Bob's. May they stay in business forever! “I come here every once in a while. It's quite nice, the food is really good and reasonably priced. They also have a nice selection of gluten-free menu options. I'm not gluten-free, but recently, it's been something I look out for and notice because I love someone who is Celiac. Most recently, I came for my birthday, and they were able to modify items on the menu to custom create what I was looking for! “UPDATE AT THE END;I ordered online ahead of time to have my order ready on time, when I arrived in the store, the worker at the counter was choosing his priorities of personal life over the customers.He left me waiting there while my food was getting soggy more and more by the minute..He was busy catching up with some friends..When I spoke up and asked if my order is ready, the friend backed off to let me through to the counter, but this lovely worker took the opportunity to now call another friend over Video call to show him who just came in to the store.......To the business owner, if you want to have a good name, please make sure to talk to the worker that worked at the counter on March 30th at 11:45 - 11:55 pm.----UPDATE.A few minutes after posting the review, I got a reply from the owner that he will look into this.The next morning I got a call from him that he looked at the CCTV footage and wants to hear more details from me.I gave him the full story and he said that he will talk to the worker.I got a call from him not too long after the initial call, and he clarified what the story was and that the company is taking full responsibility on this.Now, after this I can proudly say, the customers service is 10 out of 5, awesome and amazing to deal with responsible people, a mistake is a mistake.“

“A birthday destination for sure. The food is excellent and "from scratch "! The service was attentive and all of the staff friendly and knowledgeable. It is a small business so the feeling is very intimate. Their Nutella pie is absolutely delicious and unlike any dessert I have ever had. Even though I am not a Nutella affectionata it has a flavor beyond compare.“

“This little pizzeria has the cutest little front. It's across the street from the library and it has little seats outside. You could sit and have a nice cuppa coffee or slice of pizza. We like the chicken buffalo and a lot of the margarita pizzas. I love the calzones everything has been pretty good.“

“I stopped into La Bona Pizza after a drive up in Old Tappan and tried a slice of their cheese pizza. It is excellent!. The sauce has so much flavor and that makes the base of the pizza. They are a little on the pricy side but it is well worth it. The rest of their pizzas on display looked really good but they were $4.00 a slice which was a little high for me but there were some creative topping like Chicken Parm and Baked Ziti.“

“Old school Italian with large servings of excellent food. It is in a somewhat sad looking strip mall with not much curb appeal. But don't let that throw you off. The interior is nice and the staff friendly.Be aware the place looks like it's been there forever -- the word is out with locals and regulars so it can get crowded at peak hours.“

“Had a wonderful experience at al di la! We arrived a little before 12 pm and was empty so we got to enjoy the quiet but it got filled up while we were sitting. The atmosphere is calm. There isn't a very bug menu but the food is really good. We had their famous salad pizza and didn't disappoint! We also ordered a hot coca which was perfect for this cold rainy day and a delicious salmon pizzaoili. The Eggplant rollantini was good as well. Will definitely be coming back here!“

“Came here to celebrate my mom's birthday. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish! The staff is warm and friendly yet professional. Eduardo, our server was attentive and on top of everything throughout the course of our dinner. From apps to entrees not a detail was overlooked. Now the food... “After a night of no sleep and a rough work day I dreaded the thought of going home to cook dinner. I didn't want to order fast food garbage. I went into my Facebook page and saw this fabulous photo of trays of chicken caprese. Wow. It looked amazing. Having never tried it and Doms being on my way home, I figured I'd give it a try. I was greeted by Michael who was super nice and even asked me how my day was! So sweet. I brought my tray home happy to warm it up and serve up to my family. They loved it! I loved it too. It warmed up nicely and hubby and I were able to have some for lunch the next day! A home cooked meal on a busy week night for $40? I'm sold. 4 meals at McDonald's is about $40 these days or more! “It’s been very hard to find good cheese anywhere. The Fiore di Sardegna is fresh and abundant here! The frozen dinners tasted fresh after heating, olives and mozzarella were amazing, olive oil was full flavored, and the homemade pasta is outrageous! Love this place! “We've ordered from them more than five times by now, and every single time their Pizza is absolutely top-notch! I have no idea how they make their dough or their pizza sauce, but recently we got their make-your-own pizza kit to do with our child, and even that was firmly the best homemade pizza I've had in my life. So just in terms of basic ingredients they are absolutely doing something perfect. The owners are also super nice, and there's nice little shop there to pick up some items if you get there a few minutes early.“

“I had been to del arte before and always had a wonderful experience. When my mother passed away in december we reached out to have her repast there. They were WONDERFUL to work with. Everything went seamless and was perfect. The staff is wonderful! We opted to get the maple syrup which is an extra $3 each, but it's well worth it. My friend loved her eggs and home fries as well, and only brought some home because she was too full to finish it all. We got the eggplant rollatini appetizer which was excellent and then two pizzas. Vodka sauce with pineapples and anchovies (4/5) and her recommendation which was the fra diavolo with garlic, onion and sausage (5/5). “I live in Cincinnati Ohio but was born and raised in Washington Township. I haven't been back to casa in over 20 years and it was great to see nothing had changed and the eggplant parmesan is still as awesome as I remember it. Keep it up everyone, it was a nice treat visiting back home.“
