“I want to thank you all for not only amazing food, but amazing service. My son has sensory issues and it was his first time so it was a bit of a struggle to get him through dinner. But our waitress understood completely and made sure he had everything he needed when he was ready. Also thank you to one of the owners (at least that’s what my daughters said) for opening the main bathrooms when they needed it. They came back to our table and said nothing but great things about how nice the guy was to them.“

“My husband and I just got married there on Saturday, and he loves golfing there. The course is in great shape, but thanks to Danielle the day was absolutely perfect. “Went to the Burnin' Barrel BBQ (Homestretch Grill) at Batavia Downs with Dad and Mom. Tried the Half-rack of Smoked Ribs while my parents had the Pulled Piggy (no bun) & onion strings. Absolutely delicious. Portions were generous and the BBQ sauce was amazing! Very beautiful mural in the dining area too!“

“Overall, a good meal. Our waitress was pleasant and personable. I applaud Batavia Downs for trying to up the level on their restaurant and food selections. My NY strip was cooked to order and my wife's chicken special was very good. They could go from good to great by focusing on the details a bit more. Our wine, delivered 15 minutes after ordering, was presented by a very young server with “ I don't know if this is the wine you ordered? Could you taste it?” Wine and beer selection was minimal- why not add feature local craft beers (Eli Fish) or Finger Lakes wines ( Dr Konstantin) Lets promote Batavia and NY state! My $9 salad looked and tasted like it was from a $1.29 iceberg mix from the local supermarket with a couple of tomatoes thrown in... how about some spring mix and other veggies? Our entrees did not come with a vegetable nor did I see any on the menu? Perhaps grilled asparagus or Brussels sprouts or simply green beans? Again a good meal and thank you BD for this option... now take it to the next level!“

“Arrived at 7:55 unaware that this establishment closes @8 pm. I asked what time they close and the owner said 8 pm. I went to leave and he said wait where are going. We close at 8 but as long as you sit before you have time. Waitress was friendly and wasn't acting as we bothered her. Even the other waitresses were talking to us and joking around! phenomenal service Definitely do not find this hospitality or customer service now days! Sport of Kings you are top notch in our book. We appreciate and thank you so much!“

“We found this place when looking for something new for us, not too terribly far from our sons home in Chili,NY ( about 15 miles) We had a wonderful breakfast (fresh cut and cooked potatoes for homefries) with a pleasant surprise of chopped green pepper added. Portions were very generous. I had french toast with a large serving of fresh blueberries on top. My son’s westen omelette was too big for him to finish. I can’t say enough about the service. Our server was quite the multitasker, very busy, all the while being as polite and pleasant as anyone I’ve ever met. (Good for her! Maybe others will pass that friendliness around.) We can’t wait to try the lunch menu next! Don’t hesitate to give them a try!“

“This place is absolutely amazing. 9 times out of 10 this is my favorite spot for our Friday night dinners. I've never had a bad meal here and I doubt I ever will. I'm addicted to the broiled fish with crab stuffing and the lobster bisque is to die for, I'm not even lying. the owners are always walking around and talking to the customers and they remember everyone!! The staff is also so very welcoming and helpful. This truly is an amazing home town diner with the best food ever You will not regret giving this place a shot“

“Accidentally found Jen's Joint today when the usual place my friend and I visit in Batavia was closed. What a find!! We can't wait to visit again!!! Amazing food that is homemade, and a wonderful staff!! I haven't had a burger like that since I made it myself. The owner /chef has a true gift!! Our server was so kind and friendly and helpful with any requests, I couldn't believe it! This is a true hidden jewel outside of Batavia and I can't wait to visit it again!!!“

“Great little place off the beaten path of main street. Easy open parking and seating while limited will be worth the effort to get in.

The seating is limited but also have a out door area weather permitting. The atmosphere was very nice. TONS of classic fun stuff to look at to make converstation about. The seating and bar is a classic relaxing feel to it.. I would say max 4 to

The food was equally amazing. The Ruben was very good. I give it an 8 out of 10, as I am super picky about the best ruben around. The meat was or is shreded, so you won't get get a huge chunk of meat all at once. The taste was spot on, and so was the toasty-ness of the bread.

Presentation was good. Someone took the time to actually look at what they are serving and ensured it looked as good as it could be.. I would say 4 person group max would be ideal for this place.

Service was good. Friendly. No issues with payment or the bill.

“Comfort food galore! You can't beat Tully's. I'm not a chain restaurant patron, but Tully's is different, see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
I did remove a star for two very fixable issues.
First, the popcorn machine was broken, kids were looking forward toi t.
Second, they have great coleslaw, however they are only giving us a salad dressing cup full instead of the small bowl we used to receive.
Again, both are fixable and I hope they do soon.
Hopefully they're not turning into a regular chain restaurant.“

“Smokin' Eagle catered my wedding reception this past Sunday, and we could not have been more pleased. Not only were the workers extremely kind & helpful, but the food was delicious and hot. They helped set up, break down, packed all of our food and made sure our guests had everything they needed. They were also champs through the 90 degree heat with little air conditioning. I would 100% recommend them for any catering needs.“

“By far one of the best fish fries, battered and breaded!!! Soup, salad came with dinners for only $16 a dinner!!! We ordered 3 double drinks and the bill was only $60. “Had fun at the casino drinks were good but not as advertised. We were promised 416 ounce drafts in the glass they put it in was 12 ounces. The plastic glass did say 16 ounces on the bottom but my 12 ounce bottle of beer just fit in it. I questioned the bartender. She rolled her eyes in disgust and said oh well but had a fun other than that.“

“Food was good and hot. It's a geat place to take the kids. We had to wait a bit after we were done eating for our server to return with check and to request boxes. We were also brought the wrong sauce for a meal. Not really deal breakers for me just little annoyances for the kids. The sauce was changed out when my daughter went up to a server and requested it. The staff was nice and accommodating. Lots of parking availability. The parking lot was nicely plowed especially with the weather we have had.“

“Every time we drive through Batavia, I’ve always wanted to stop. Today we stopped and got a couple Beef on Weck and cheeseburger. And some fried sides. Everything was great. Staff was super friendly. Service was quick. And pricing was less then you would pay at a fast food restaurant. Will go again.“

I had to tell her 3 times we needed more time to look at the menu and she kept coming back every 5 minutes (the restaurant was empty it was around 11pm) the last time we just got fed up with her rushing us so we ordered food we weren’t exactly in the mood to eat but other than that it’s a good location.“
