“This place is a solid bar, I came here on a friday night for a little nite cap around midnight and overall I had a decent time. The bar is a no frills place with three sports tvs, a juke box, at least 15 seats by the bar and some other chairs around the rest of the place. There is also shuffle board and two darts with a scoreboard which is fun. They have a great beer menu from Blue Moon to Angry Orchard, Corona, White Claw, High noon, etc. for only 5 bucks [they have at least 8 beers on tap for only $5 too]. I also saw a lot of whiskey and vodka options if you wanted to do shots or mixed drink [$7 for a shot]. The problem is the shot glasses are so small, it doesn't resemble an ounce and a half which is standard size in other bars, I felt like the plastic cup they gave me reminded me of cough medicine sizes. The bartender was super nice and friendly, he talks with most patrons and makes sure the place doesn't get too rowdy. However my fiancé felt like he was fishing for tips when he would give you a 5 dollar bill back as change. When I came there was a girls birthday with her friends and she was able to put out sandwiches and catered food of her own. I kinda felt guilty invading her space but it was nice to see that the bar lets you do your own thing. The crowd seemed fairly mixed crowd when I came, from college frat boys to young girls in their 20's or groups of men in their 30s and 40s. I did feel it was a little crowded but that seemed more based on cliques then the space itself. In terms of food, they do sell chips nuts and a tombstone pizza but there isn't much space to eat unless you sit at the actual bar. I think if this place rearranged the furniture and had an outdoor backyard they could successfully have more dining. I would definitely come back here for another night cap or to watch a sports game.“

“I'm from out of town so I was really excited to try some of the local food spots in this area and this place did not disappoint. There was a bit of a language barrier but the staff was very helpful and offered me a menu in English. I ordered the salmon and I also had the spare ribs to go. Listen..... the food was amazing the drinks are very good. The bartender very beautiful and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food. Good music . Overall a great experience. 5 star for sure“

“I’ve been going to W’s for years now. The burgers and wings are off the hook good. The waitress can’t do enough for you. Great restaurant to take the family to eat and also a friendly bar to watch sports. Very reasonable priced. You definitely won’t go hungry or thirsty at W’s. Well worth trying out. “Okay so 4 of us went tonight. We weren’t crazy about all of us getting our food 20-30 mins apart. But it was because they just started a new ticket / menu system and it was like the 2nd day. With that being said the waiter and another waitress apologized and came over like 3 times. Were soooo friendly and sweet. Offered a free drink and just all in all were so kind. Matt his name was. Super nice guy. The ONLY disappointment was they have ZEROOO desserts. Not a cookie. Not a scoop of ice cream. Nothing. And I don’t kno about yous but after I eat I NEEEEED something sweet or like I can’t go on with my life lol. I’m Hoping they change that !!! I’ll definitely be back. The food was OUTRAGEOUS . I go out to eat a lot. Like ALOT. And the food is usualy decent or even good but the food was RIDICULOUS like I’ll be dreaming about the brisket n pastrami sandwich for days. The Mac n cheese was great. The coleslaw so good and the corn also fantastic. Fries even were good like I really loved It all!“

“We had our daughter's surprise graduation party at Max's Esca last night. Every single thing was outstanding- from the atmosphere, to the service, the drinks and the food. They created a beautiful, private space in the main dining room for us to decorate. Christina and Chrissy (& the rest of the staff!) took excellent care of everyone, and Nicole's cocktails were spot on. The food was incredible, as usual! Highly recommend!“

“Outstanding food !!! My wife and I just visited and were very impressed . We started off with tostadas tingas which was really good. The chicken was well seasoned and topped with fresh guacamole, lettuce queso fresco and beans , all of which were full of flavor and excellent. For our tacos we had the carne asada tacos and the Baja fish tacos , I usually dont go for fried fish but I tried theirs and they were excellent so much so my wife who isn't really a big seafood eater swapped with me , the fish tacos were not greasy at all which was great and the batter was fluffy and the freshly made corn tortillas made both tacos perfection , the carne asada tacos were also amazing the steak was cooked perfectly and again a lot of great flavor . We originally weren't going to have dessert but we could not pass up flan and tiramasu tres leche , the flan im sure you've guessed by now was amazing perfectly creamy with a great syrup on top and the tres leches tiramasu was top notch . Since coming back from Texas I didn't think I'd find a place that can make great tacos but this place definitely does . Looking forward to my next visit . If you love tacos and Mexican food in general do give them a try , excellent staff , service and food!!!“
