“Pricey but tasty! Love the iced rum-infused Coquito latte, but you can’t really go wrong with any of them! Packaging for iced drinks is really cute and the theme and culture make the coffee feel really unique. Pastries are also solid. There was one time we came about a hour after opening time but the doors were still locked and the person inside told us they were closed which was weird…but usually the service is also pretty friendly and helpful.“

“My favorite local coffee shop! The Iced Mama Mia is my go-to order it’s so good and always hits the spot. The coffee is great, the atmosphere is cozy, and it’s become one of my favorite neighborhood spots.
My only wish is that they offered a few more pastry options because I’d love to have something to pair with my coffee.
Definitely a local favorite and highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!“

“We visited the place last Saturday. The cheese bread is fresh but not really the bagels we got. We waited so long ; we found out that my daughter’s order was given to someone else but they did not care to replace it at once. When we asked about our order, that’s the time they rushed to prepare it , in less than five minutes, the sandwich was handed to us. When we were in the car since we’re already late for our next appointment, my daughter found out that the replacement was wrong. She paid for plain bagel with double eggs, bacon, and cheese but she was given with plain bagel with cheese only. They asked for our phone number but did not initiate the call. I hope they will do better in their team work.“

“Birch on 7th Ave and 14th street is my fave spot to get my afternoon skinny flat white during our class break at Pratt. The crew there is always great and I love the tip jar questions. Hang in there dear Birch! Looking forward to seeing you all again when we’re through this.“
“This is a lovely quiet cafe. The atmosphere is calm and seconds away from the WTC observatory. We had a coffee here one day and loved it so much we went back out of our way to get more before we left NYC. The staff remembered us too and they were so lovely and chatty.
Best drink for me was Yuzu and Elderflower. If you like strong coffee, add this to the drink. My friends LOVED it.
Unfortunately not much space to sit down and no toilets y less you go to Pret next door.“

“When you travel to NYC, particularly Manhattan, either on business or as a tourist, you don't think of eating healthy. However, there are now several Whole Foods in Manhattan. They offer what other Whole foods across the country offer, a wide variety of healthy (as well as not-so-healthy) foods. Since this grocery store is in NYC, they have thrown in a NYC touch: the check-out line for self-checkout is really complicated. You wait in a long line and look for the color code of the line in which you are standing......... it takes a while to get used to it, but it is no doubt intended to deal with the store's being packed during certain hours of the day. Prices are relatively high, but this is NYC so that is to be expected.“

“One of the best Matcha Lattes and coffees I’ve had in the city, made by a very pleasant and friendly barista. It’s rare to find a place that really knows how to make Matcha and coffee so well, but this spot absolutely delivers. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality and great service!“

“OK coffee, OK service (the employees didn't look happy, but answered my questions). We spent more than $10 for 2 coffees, no cookie offered, contrary to Youtube ads/reviews. Small space with minimal seating. Chic décor, with a hipster vibe. Was expecting more choices of coffee and the opportunity to taste/smell different options, after watching the Youtube ads about this company. We visited the location on Broadway and were midly impressed. Maybe the other 2 locations are better?“
