For a coffee shop in Tottenville I also feel like the prices are reasonable! Only downside is that the parking can sometimes be difficult if it's a school day.“

My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. “I had my son’s 1st birthday party at Prince Tea House located in Staten Island. We had about 60 guests and booked the entire space for our private event. The price was also reasonable compared to other places for booking the entire space. Food and drinks were great and the atmosphere was a plus. My guests all had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place for any party or celebration.“

“We are learning about Taiwan in school and decided to try Bubble Tea. The employees were very kind and explained how Bubble tea originated from Taiwan, gave our children stickers and helped them through their first time eating the Boba. I love that they have caffeine free and low sugar options.

“came in about 30 mins before closing and were still greeted and welcomed warmly. we were served by a young gentleman with glasses and a beard (unfortunately i didn’t catch his name) who was an absolute class act. we ordered the mediterranean panini and grilled chicken wrap both of which were phenomenal. the food is fresh, clean and delicious! a pleasant young lady with dark hair helped bring some of our orders out. as amazing as the food was, i cannot stress how excellent the service is. this place is truly a gem! will be returning and recommending to friends and family!“

“I go to this dunkin donuts every morning, being that it's small the workers are nice, they try to get you out of there as fast as they can, but above all it's a great place to get ur coffee. One thing is you gotta get there as early as possible, before all the nurses an police an construction workers, otherwise your gonna b waiting long. I still rate it a 10.“

“First trip to Staten Island and glad they had Tim Hortons. When I worked in Canada, this was my favorite place to go and living in Connecticut, none exist. The location is fine, but limited parking. Inside was well laid out but seating area was in need of refresh and cleaning. Ordered coffee and it was excellent and also had a crossiant, which was perfect. My colleague had the coffee (first time) and he was impressed. He also had a muffin and sandwich, which were great. As it's far for me, it's unfortunate as I would be here every morning!“

“I’ve tried a bunch of their roasts and they are delicious. I’d like to order their coffee on a regular basis, but unfortunately their time window for shipping is unreliable. I ordered three pounds of coffee last Friday, and immediately received a confirmation of my order in my email. By Tuesday, I received no further notice. After emailing late that day, asking when I could expect my order to ship, I received a note saying I should allow 4-5 days. On Wednesday, I received a notice that my order was “on the way.” In reality, Unique created a UPS label, and nothing more. It’s Thursday evening, and UPS is still waiting for the delivery. This is not the first time that this has happened. It may be the last. Maybe they are too busy filling the orders for the big box stores to be bothered. I don’t expect an overnight delivery, but is it too much to ask for an honest delivery date?“

“The associates were working hard and they were polite. They had a line of customer's and they did a good job of moving the line. I got a caramel ribbon crunch,less the crunchies due to none being available. But they did let me know before hand and I still got my coffee. One more associate, would have been nice to maintain cleaning the counters side and refill their napkins. Overall I was satisfied.“
