“The Grind is my favorite local coffee shop! I never miss an opportunity to tell my friends about it! The girls are always super sweet and my coffee or matcha are always 10/10! For a coffee shop in Tottenville I also feel like the prices are reasonable! Only downside is that the parking can sometimes be difficult if it's a school day.“

My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. “I went here today with my cousins actually I don’t know the guys name there but he definitely is experienced, full of joy, and it’s funny bc I bought matcha from him and it was great like he knew what he was doing. However I’m new in the area so I thought I should try the coffee across the street. And it was not bad but redemption rlly was redeeming itself bc of the matcha. I regret not gettting coffee from here. As I walked back with the other coffee he saw us. When we saw him it looked like he thought we betrayed him. “Nice and cozy place! Ordered a boba brown sugar Mille crepe cake and coconut panncotta. The Mille cake crepe was delicious and fresh, it has a salty cream cheese foam on the cake with a burned sugar coat which made this a really good mix. Coconut pannacotta was so smooth and has creamy texture, it feels like eating a piece of cloud.“

“Small cafe, not much room for sitting but a few tables. The baristas seemed to know everyone’s name which was sweet. Big selection of pastry items. Worth a quick stop if you used the Staten Island ferry to see NYC and the Statue of Liberty“

“We are learning about Taiwan in school and decided to try Bubble Tea. The employees were very kind and explained how Bubble tea originated from Taiwan, gave our children stickers and helped them through their first time eating the Boba. I love that they have caffeine free and low sugar options.

“I recently visited Tim Hortons and used some app coupons $4.49 for 6 assorted donuts and $1.75 for any size hot or iced coffee. I grabbed a medium iced coffee and a box of donuts, and everything was fresh and delicious. The iced coffee hit the spot, and the donuts were soft and flavorful (especially the one with sprinkles!).

I really liked that I could sit in the coffee shop, enjoy my treats, and relax. The app makes it super easy to save money, and the deals are worth it. Highly recommend using the Tim Hortons app it saves you cash and the food is on point!“

“I love everything about this place. Besides the uniqueness and how many beautiful things there are to look at, you won't find better breakfast anywhere on the island. I've also tried the specialty coffees and probably EVERY pastry, cookie and donut - you can't go wrong no matter what you choose! Staff at the front are always very sweet and helpful.“

“I recently visited real fruit and had an incredible experience! Not only do they offer a fantastic variety of bubble teas, but their real fruit shakes are out of this world. Each shake is made with fresh, high-quality fruit, which really sets them apart from other places.

“I had my niece’s 40th birthday party at The Columbus Club last night, and it was beyond my expectations! The room is BEAUTIFUL, and very spacious for 100 people. The food was so delicious! Everyone was raving about it. Joe and the rest of the staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend having your party with them! I spent 3 dollars too much at this store. If you see this man please avoid the place it’s terrible. Other than that the people that work there are nice. The people that served me, Andrew and Alex, were the best I’ve ever met. I love them. The food was good but that guy was there so it was difficult.
