“The Grind is my favorite local coffee shop! I never miss an opportunity to tell my friends about it! The girls are always super sweet and my coffee or matcha are always 10/10! For a coffee shop in Tottenville I also feel like the prices are reasonable! Only downside is that the parking can sometimes be difficult if it's a school day.“

My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. “This is My first time going to a cafe in Bay Street with a group of people from JCC. It's a walk from where I used to live in 52 Beach Street and had to get there by crossing the street. There is a McDonald's just not far from that too. It's a brick building and it has a sign of a coffee cup at the front door entrance. When I went inside, the place felt American like and a little welcoming. It's almost campy. There was one carpet at the entrance because it was raining when I got there. They did have some chairs and tables. A bookcase with a little winery at the bottom and coffee and books. ☕🍷📚 They do have a back room where it's really comfortable. They could have put a rug there too since it has the red curtains for an entrance. Inside they did have a lot of art pieces on the walls and a fireplace with wood 🪵 and two chairs and a table. There is a couch there as well. And a dresser like cabinet in the corner of the room. The whole back room area felt like something out of the 80s or a 90s sitcom. I looked at the menus and they're very fancy. I picked out the SI Burger with sea salt hand cut fries. The burger was $15 and the fries were $8 which equals out to $21. Pretty expensive for two meals because the burger came with a pickle and chips. The freeze came with two sauces mayonnaise and ketchup. The chips were a little hard but I enjoyed the burger 🍔 and it was very delicious 😋. I did ask how much the drinks cost.$3 for a glass bottle of soda or I could have the water which is free. I said yes to the water but I didn't really get it. I'm not going to lie I was slipping a little bit because the whole floor was made of wood. Hopefully I can come back to this place for a little bit more of an experience does this kind of Cafe looks and feels very homely and I don't know why. Does look very cool though.👍🕯️🦅🍔🍟😁🍳🥞🧇🥯🥐“

“I had the pleasure of visiting this spot while I was in Staten Island for fingerprinting for my new job. After getting my nails done, I came across it before heading back to Brooklyn. The food was fresh, the drinks were amazing, and the service was outstanding. The person who made the drinks was super attentive and offered great recommendations. The atmosphere has that perfect cozy coffee shop feel, making it a great place to either get some work done or just relax with a drink and snack. I only wish they had a location in Brooklyn or the city—and if they do, someone please let me know!“

However I’m new in the area so I thought I should try the coffee across the street. And it was not bad but redemption rlly was redeeming itself bc of the matcha. The Mille cake crepe was delicious and fresh, it has a salty cream cheese foam on the cake with a burned sugar coat which made this a really good mix. Coconut pannacotta was so smooth and has creamy texture, it feels like eating a piece of cloud.“

“I recently visited Tim Hortons and used some app coupons $4.49 for 6 assorted donuts and $1.75 for any size hot or iced coffee. I grabbed a medium iced coffee and a box of donuts, and everything was fresh and delicious. The iced coffee hit the spot, and the donuts were soft and flavorful (especially the one with sprinkles!).

I really liked that I could sit in the coffee shop, enjoy my treats, and relax. The app makes it super easy to save money, and the deals are worth it. Highly recommend using the Tim Hortons app it saves you cash and the food is on point!“

“I had my niece’s 40th birthday party at The Columbus Club last night, and it was beyond my expectations! The room is BEAUTIFUL, and very spacious for 100 people. The food was so delicious! I also happen know most of them on a first name basis just being a consistent customer and being how nice and friendly they all are!! BOTH LOCATIONS!! They literally make my day better just by them making a bomb a** smoothie/bowl. Also had to mention every time I have went in they are always busy working never seen anyone doing a tiktok??
