“The stunken donuts is past service. It takes too long for me to order. They take too long for my order. My ice coffee that got mixed up my order. They need better customer service.At this dunkin' donuts

“I go to this dunkin donuts every morning, being that it's small the workers are nice, they try to get you out of there as fast as they can, but above all it's a great place to get ur coffee. One thing is you gotta get there as early as possible, before all the nurses an police an construction workers, otherwise your gonna b waiting long. I still rate it a 10.“

“I want to highlight Allyson and Khuram work ethic. This new Dunkin is the cleanest, fastest, most efficient Dunkin I have ever been at in my life. The environment provided by these 2 really made all the difference. Allyson legit made my day. Her smile is contagious, i saw her serve about 5 customers in a row with nothing but a pleasant smile and helpful demeanor. I literally had to approach her and let her know what a great job she was doing. It’s so hard to find a decent environment to work in, and I found it within their service. They made the coffees so fast and perfect, Allyson was cleaning the whole place (even tho it’s already glistening). She went above and beyond into making my experience a great one while I worked at the charging station. This is my new favorite Dunkin because of them. The first day they opened Khuram and another server were nothing but welcoming to the new joint. Nothing but pleasant experiences, great service, even better coffee, and a clean environment because of Allyson and Khuram. I’ll be back for more just for them. 10/10 experience.“

“I was normally going to a different Dunkin' location, but I came to this nearby location when the other location refused to honor a teacher appreciation day promotion. I plan to make this my new go-to location. The staff at this location are so friendly and the coffee was well made. Also love that they support educators and promote good customer relations. “Fast service everything was hot not like the one in the mall sometimes not so hot especially the home fries. Workers at this place are very kind and fast, the mall YOU wait and some counter people not so NICE. SO I PREFER THIS ONE OVER THAT ONE...“

“Smaller than the Usual Dunkin' Donuts?. As, Is, apparent in the picture, and of course for the simple reason it is attached, part of a Gas Station Chain. However, from what I could tell, the Menu's a COMPLETE one, from coffee and other drink options offered; down to all the food menu options, New Ave old Classic Favorites all seem to be offered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“
“There's always a few people in Dunkin Donuts. But the workers have to be the most hard working employees. If they mess up your order let them know. Just when you say what you want. Say it a couple times so there's no room for error. But for a nice cup of coffee this is your place.“
“I always go to this location when I’m on Staten Island. Although I live in Chicago and visit once a month they always remember me. The manager somehow remembers my order from month to month!The line is three or four at most and moved along fairly quickly.The customer service is excellent!“

“Definitely one of the best Dunkin on the island. The manager is very nice and friendly. And her customer service is excellent. Look like the staff doing a great job too. The Dunkin is very clean as well. The Donuts are well presented. Dunkin located in a quiet area ( church right in front of the shop ) day and night compare to few months ago. Highly recommend !

“The workers at this Dunkin’ are life savers. We had an issues with a mobile order, where I accidentally placed an order instead of reviewing it. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect and I had ordered 4x Lattes instead of two. For whatever reason, you are unable to cancel a mobile order placed on the Dunkin’ app, so I had to call customer support. After a bunch of back and forth over the span of half an hour, we ended up nowhere as the customer representatives said that they were unable to cancel the order.Thankfully, the in-store worker came in clutch and offered to replace the 2x extra Lattes with a different item. He allowed us to get half a dozen donuts instead for our troubles.Thank you to the incredible worker at this location :D“

“I had to amend my review cuz I just went to the Dunkin donuts my cup had a spill it was leaking so I asked for a new cup they gave me an attitude and asked me what should we do so that was the worst service I've seen in a long time they didn't even make me a cup of coffee and half of it bleeped out because of them they just poured what was left in a new cup“
“Fast, friendly service. Helpful, attentive staff. Quick processing of order. Unfortunately, at the time of my visit there was no indoor seating (due to Covid-19 restrictions.) However, there is a parking lot shared with a Mobil Gas station. I parked and met a friend, we enjoyed a cuppa in a car while we chatted. A Covid-19 make do! A nicely run Dunkin', overall.“
“Get coffee from this location every weekend and they never fail to make a bad coffee. I order through the app and my order is always ready within 2 minutes. Once in a blue moon I have had to wait longer than 5 min when the store was busy but that’s understandable.“

Parking can be tough; watch for the very narrow spaces--it's easy to get dents and dings from other cars. Not the most attractive shopping center with a small C-Town supermarket.“
“Tables needed cleaning but I managed to enjoy my ice cream cone anyway. The young server didn't know if they served soft serve ice cream?! Had to show him a picture of what it looks like; seems he didn't know what I was asking for. It was such a hot day that my ice melted quickly and became soft serve fast! All's well that ends well. Yummy Jamaican almond fudge ice cream.“
“best dunkin donuts on the island literally the only dunkin donuts within a 10 mile radius that doesn't just give you regular bacon when you order snacking bacon it actually has all the good tasty stuff they are supposed to put on them. The morning shift are some of the nicest and most accommodating people. Always come here even tho there's a dunkin 3 mins away from me I drive 15 mins to this one. Drive-thru can be a little bit busy in the early morning hours. But the line moves so fast it's not even worth parking and going inside they move like lightning“
“The staff is always very curtious and polite. Going through the drive through wearing masks and gloves always makes you feel better. If any orders get screwed up . I would go back. And they always correct and do right. Using dunkin donuts app let's you order ahead. You can go through the drive through and say the name to pick it up. Very satisfied customer.“

“This place vastly improved after they banned Helen "The Magic" Johnson from coming here. She was always waving her stick around and being a nuisance. Now I can confidently say that this is the best Dunkin on Staten Island: don't even THINK of going to the one at Forest and Broadway (pond swill). This place has the best treats and the best service: I had been suffering under a terrible hex for the past fortnight that was trying to teach me a lesson about friendship, but eating some of these scrumptious treats (CHOCOLATE glazed, thank you) seem to have cured me completely. Other locations or in general . My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. Thank you to all the staff members who do the job well and have been apart of my day in a big way...a friendly hello, and getting my order right is not a lot
