About Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular sandwich shop known for its fresh and tasty food, especially the bacon. The staff is generally praised for their friendly and attentive service, often remembering regular customers' orders and greeting them with a smile. Customers appreciate the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurants, with the Richmond Ave location being noted as exceptional.

While many reviews highlight the pleasant experiences with the employees, including Anthony, Jannah, and Aiyana, and commend their hard work, there have been some concerns about cleanliness in the bathroom at times. One customer had a positive interaction with a staff member named Jannah, who made their visit enjoyable while preparing a delicious sub with extra meat and bacon.

However, some customers have reported issues with the hot subs, experiencing nausea after eating them, while others found the cold subs to be fine. There are also concerns regarding management's behavior, with reports of them being frequently on their phones and speaking harshly to crew members. Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs aims to deliver a positive dining experience with a focus on quality ingredients and friendly service, though some customers may have concerns about prices, portion sizes, and management interactions.
