This Moe’s food packs fantastic flavors, I ordered a steak bowl and my partner ordered a quesadilla. Not only was it good but it was also big enough for us to take leftovers home. The employees who served us were polite and professional.As far as the store, it does need some love and care. The store feels gloomy with dim lights and dark black ceilings. It was also empty. Overpriced for their quality of
The gentleman that works here is super friendly! He is always very welcoming and thoughtful. I can't emphasize how good this place treats it's costumers. Especially here in Staten Island where fast food/ restaurants can be a little sketchy (service) wise. Food is awesome. I'm glad we have this place. Thank you for everything you do! <3
Moe's Southwest Grill serves flavorful food with generous portions, including steak bowls and quesadillas. The staff is polite, friendly, and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. Although the restaurant's atmosphere could use improvement, with dim lighting and cleanliness issues, the food and staff make up for it. With fresh tortilla chips and large portions, including free fountain drink refills, Moe's is a great spot to enjoy a meal. With a little TLC, this restaurant has the potential to shine.
