“We planned to visit Haveli Punjab Di for buffet on Sunday however, the variety of food was so less. Especially for vegetarians there was barely anything and ended up having A la Carte. Majority of dishes in veg and non veg were really good.I would recommend it for A la Carte.Vegetarian options: Try Bharta it was great!“

“Our experience at this lively and charming Pakistani hole-in-the-wall was the cherry on top of my family’s trip to NYC/Jersey City.Our people (desi) tend to be quite introverted, but our friendly and warm server, Charita, helped us feel right at home from the beginning to the end - sharing fun tidbits, and recommending us the tasty Gajar ka halwa as her personal favorite dessert at the end. I wish every server at every restaurant had her energy and zest for people.Among the four people of our party, not even one disagreed with the fact that each and every item was made to perfection. From the Chappali Kabob, to the Karahi, to the kheer which transported my mother back to memories of getting kheer on Bans Road in Karachi every Friday after Jumuah, we had a very lovely and memorable experience.“
“Easily best Pakistani restaurant in the entire NYC metro area. The food has authentic Pakistani flavor, and to my knowledge the only restaurant that serves authentic Karahi. Also the best environment among all Pakistani restaurants in the NYC area. The Sunday brunch is also a must try. Highly recommended!Vegetarian options: Malai Kofta and Daal are excellent.“
“Went on a hunt for halwa puri, found it at Mehboob-e-elahi. Large portion delicious taste. The aloo was mixed with achar which I’d never seen before. Wow was this place great. Would def recommend and will be returning for my next halwa puri craving with my family. “

“I would highly recommend Alhumza for anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal. While the seating area may be limited, the quality of the food and the friendly service more than make up for it. However, I am rating my experience 4 stars because the location is a bit out of the way, making it slightly difficult to access for some people. Nonetheless, if you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.“
