“Good food, limited communication due to the staff have limited English. The dining area was small, very crowded. Food served pretty fast eventhough they need to redo my order because the waiter took the wrong order. Overall foods are delicious.“

Vegetarian options: The asparagus was prepared perfectly; fresh, savory, and crispy. The arroz con gandules (yellow rice with beans) was delicious. Wanted to take some to go but it had sold out. Which is a good sign. Plantains were tender soft and tasty.

“The wife and I enjoyed some rice and beans with beef stew and mofongo con chicharon. The food was very good. I also had passion fruit juice which was also very good. The place is clean and comfortable. I would definitely go again if I'm in the area.“

“Great food. The pork I had was on another level of good. I wish I knew the name of it. The rice was a bit dry, but we did come in at the end of the day and had the buffet. My wife really enjoyed her chicken stew with noodles. I used the tortillas like it was my job to clean that plate. The tamarind juice makes me want to learn how to make that drink. If I'm in the area, I would definitely go back. It was Labor Day, and they were one of the only spots open.“
