Disappointed. I go to the Stone Ridge location fairly regularly and often have small problems, but this one was over the top.
I ordered via the app for pick up. An iced coffee, donut, and a bagel.
Got to work, no donut in the bag. Called the store, they can’t refund my card unless I go back to the store, but will give me a donut the next day to make up for it (not going back the next day, so I’m out the buck - oh well). I’m at work already and can’t go back to...read full review
I jus wanna thank the people at stone ridge Dunkin for making my day better because today I was in Kingston n made the mistake of going to the dunkin donuts out there because of the drive threw n sadly to say they didn't even come close to making my frozen dunkachino properly and they jus threw all my donuts in a bag so they were all stuck together which upset my son that some his chocolate frosting was stuck to the bag any way I stopped at stone ridge to get the drink i paid...read full review
Stone ridge Dunkin donuts is the absolute worst ever. I am not happy with how my breakfast came out, and the staff there, they very rude and don't know what they're doing.
