“I had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful lunch at Min Sushi and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The sushi rice was impeccably well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, providing an ideal base for the fresh fish.

I began my meal with the Salmon Set, which included one salmon roll and five pieces of salmon nigiri. The nigiri featured thick slices of salmon that were both rich and tender, melting in my mouth with each bite.

Next, I tried the Spicy Tuna Set, consisting of one spicy tuna roll and seven pieces of assorted nigiri. The spicy tuna was seasoned to perfection, offering a balanced kick without overpowering the fresh flavor of the fish. Each piece of nigiri was pristine and flavorful, with no hint of fishiness, highlighting the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

The Salmon Avocado Roll was another highlight of my meal. It had a perfect proportion of salmon, avocado, and rice, with the addition of sesame seeds on the outside adding a delightful touch of texture and flavor.

To round off the meal, I indulged in a bowl of Shoyu Ramen. The portion was generous, and the broth was deep and flavorful, harmoniously balanced with pickled ginger, bamboo shoots, and fresh green onion. The noodles were cooked al dente, and the seared pork added a satisfying richness to the dish.

Overall, Min Sushi provided an exceptional weekday lunch experience with its meticulously prepared dishes and fresh, high-quality ingredients. I look forward to my next visit.“

“Only good Chinese rest within reasonable distance from our home. Gas prices are so high and delivery charges are not worth it. We stick with Yummys. I'm very picky with my egg drop soup and so far 5 ppl in the county are actually descent.“

“This little place is an absolute jem. Of course great and fresh sushi. But the service is second to none. Li Cheng, who goes by Eric, was one of the best servers I ever had in my life. He is like a lightning bolt; he is nonstop gliding across the dining room. He saw in advance everything we wanted. Unbelievable experience! We will be back. And I suggest you try this place out.“

“I made a private party at Rella Cafe and it was beyond my expectations. Jack was in tune to my needs, the set up was beautiful and the food was plentiful and scrumptious. Service was timely, not rushed at all, and the waitresses were pleasant. We had blintzes and Caesar salad, mushroom barley soup, choice of salmon or fettuccini Alfredo with roasted vegetables, and potatoes. Desert was delicious brownies and ice cream. The sushi is amazing, among my favorites are the Mango Tango roll, Tiger roll, Tri Color roll and Tuna Amazing! The appetizers are small enough portions to try everything without waste!! It’s All You Can Eat, so easy to order more of what you like! But perfect sized appetizers so you don’t fill up before the sushi arrives! The sushi is always fresh and plentiful and the staff’s attention to details is unmatched. When the owners truly care about their customers, it shows and is appreciated! “Love this place I drive all the way from New Windsor just to eat here. The food is so delicious we always go for hibachi and the sushi rolls. We order lo mein instead of rice and they always accommodate. It’s a cute little hole in the wall place but the service and atmosphere is top notch. Everyone is always so kind and go above and beyond. My son can be a little loud when he talks and is always asking questions they always respond and are willing to answer all his questions. Take out or dine in you can’t go wrong the same amount of care goes into all their dishes 100/10

Parking: Parking is right in front of the restaurant there’s a small lot but enough to accommodate as the restaurant is small. No stairs or anything leading into restaurant so it’s good if you have a stroller or wheelchair

Kid-friendliness: There’s no kid’s menu but they do offer chicken nuggets and other kid friendly options. The staff was so nice to my kids they made sure there experience was as good as everyone else’s.“

“Love this place, we try to arrive before 7 because it gets busy and you have to wait for a table. The sushi is great and the employees are always nice. The price is about 43 per person including tax and tip.

Parking: For large groups, it’s best to call ahead otherwise you will have to wait a while.“

“Samurai is a great go to spot. We normally do take out. Portion sizes are much smaller when taking out, at least when it comes to habatchi.

The wait staff were amazing so attentive and helpful. Beer was super cold and the leche martini is highly recommended.

The food however was a bit salty, and came out very spread out. The meat had little flavor…be sure to ask for lite soy sauce.

The sushi however is great. Anything on the menu.

“AMAZING!!!! Would TOTALLY recommend. They handing the menus with great care and they patiently waited for our annoying family to order . The staff was VERY friendly and quickly accommodating to our needs. But the food oh the food was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! We got appetizers for the table and I turned my head away for a second and my family had ate all of it. The speed of their delivery was insane . The restaurant was impeccable very clean and pretty. We were sat in a cute booth and were very nice. The server lady gave us recommendations which were perfect for my indecisive family. The (disposable) napkins were very high quality. And the plates were unbreakable even after my destructive family got to them. My brother was very load and no one said anything, and every one of the staff members suffered in silence . They didn’t kick us out even though we nearly destroyed the table. We nearly drove our car into the storefront and they still didn’t say anything. They will DEFINITELY remember us maybe not for the right reasons though. The edamame’s were VERY good and had salt on them. The server lady gave instructions how to eat the food. It was very helpful but my annoying family still messed it up. And the soy sauce was very good. Kyo more like go bc my family thought it was a race when we were eating our food at least it looked like it. It was my amazing daughters birthday and they played a birthday song for the whole restaurant I was dancing in my seat and I got fried ice cream and fruit but I turned my head and it was gone just like the appetizers. Don’t worry your experience won’t be this bad bc you don’t have to deal with my family. Unless we come that day which definitely will . Since we’ve decided as a family to eat EVERY dinner in their restaurant.Thank you for dealing with our problematic family definitely recommend.
