“Only good Chinese rest within reasonable distance from our home. Gas prices are so high and delivery charges are not worth it. We stick with Yummys. I'm very picky with my egg drop soup and so far 5 ppl in the county are actually descent.“

“Went in with no expectations, came out a total fan. The atmosphere is very warm, and the food was incredible. My favorite was the salmon, they were prepped with the texture in mind, giving them a soft chew every bite. If you want high quality sushi, you might want to give this place a try.“

“I recently visited Asian Taste for the first time and had a great experience. The sushi was very fresh and high quality, and everything tasted amazing. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The manager was especially nice and made us feel well taken care of. I definitely recommend trying this place.“

“I ordered the lunch special with beef and broccoli, and substituted the miso soup for a vegetable salad (+$1). The total came to $12. The food was okay overall — the portion had a lot more rice than the main dish, but the salad was pretty good. Service was very quick, and my order was ready right away.“

“We absolutely love it here at Kobe. We’re local to New City and used to go to another Japanese restaurant until we discovered Kobe about 4yrs ago. Since then we are regulars, we all love it - my husband and 3 daughters. We celebrate almost all of our family birthdays here - it’s always a good time. “I grew up in the area, but only started coming here recently. I live 25 minutes away but it's the only place I'll buy Cinese food now. The quality is 10/10 and no matter how long its been the woman at the counter is always in a good mood and remembers my order.

“Samurai is a great go to spot. We normally do take out. Portion sizes are much smaller when taking out, at least when it comes to habatchi.

The wait staff were amazing so attentive and helpful. Beer was super cold and the leche martini is highly recommended.

The food however was a bit salty, and came out very spread out. The meat had little flavor…be sure to ask for lite soy sauce.

The sushi however is great. Anything on the menu.

“We have been coming here for years, and Jimmy and Andy always treat us like family! We drive from Orange County and are never disappointed. The sushi is amazing, among my favorites are the Mango Tango roll, Tiger roll, Tri Color roll and Tuna Amazing! The appetizers are small enough portions to try everything without waste!! It’s All You Can Eat, so easy to order more of what you like! But perfect sized appetizers so you don’t fill up before the sushi arrives! The sushi is always fresh and plentiful and the staff’s attention to details is unmatched. When the owners truly care about their customers, it shows and is appreciated!
