Also the steak frites with truffle fries and the tuna carpaccio...just wow. Stefan also had a delicious tapas served as appetizers a few weeks ago with anchovies and other types of seafood served on toasted baguettes. “From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us like old friends and walked us right to our table — I instantly had a good feeling, and I was right. Our server was awesome — super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and was on top of everything all night.

The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

My wife and I stopped in and were blown away by both the food and the warmth of the place. We ordered the pho with medium rare meat, spring rolls, and the chicken stir fry — and every single dish delivered.

The pho broth deserves special mention. You can immediately tell it’s made with care and time. Rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful without being heavy — the kind of broth that keeps you going back for “just one more spoonful” until suddenly the bowl is empty.
