McDonald's in Syracuse

“I drive by the McDonald's closest to my office to go to this location. Jennifer was a perfect example of great customer service this morning. Shes super friendly, cares about her work, and is good at what she does. This store is cleaner, faster, and the quality is better than the one closer to me.“

“I love going to this location because it has the children’s play place. My step daughter loves to play and make a friend for the day. Although it can be obnoxious when children are not attended by an adult and acting rude. Just stopped in quick to get a kids happy meal and cheeseburger with no onion. The food was fresh, promptly brought out to the table and prepared as ordered, without onion. They did give BBQ sauce even though ranch was requested but easily fixed when I notified them at the order counter.“

“We only got drinks so can't comment on how the food was but the drinks were great and the person behind the counter, I believe her name was Dani, was just an amazing person. Super friendly and nice. It was a bit busy since most of us got off the bus at the rest stop but she was being nice to everyone“

“I've never said "Wow, this is a good burger" when I went to any other McDonald's. I don't know if they salt the patties or have some other secret method, but WOW the burger I got blew me away. I liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place. Only downside is the music might not be to everyone's taste, but everything else made it a shockingly good stop.“

“McDonald's as usual. Everything you would expect from the famous restaurant. One difference, this location is extremely slow moving. Could be high volume of orders, could be lack of labor, either way you should always anticipate a long wait time.“
