I cannot understand why everything I visit McDonald's on Erie Blvd east in dewitt NY why the service is so slow.Every single time I give in this restaurant I end up waiting at least 10 mins or more before a cashier takes my order.They know your there but purposely ignore you.No I do not blame the employees but I do blame the management to not know how to run or manage a business establishment. Ordered 2 small chocolate shakes, and small fries. Fries were stale, cold, and old. Not sure what shakes were, certainly not chocolate. Suspect it was shake mixture without chocolate flavoring added. Terrible. On top of that, cost $11.96, gave $12, had sign on pay window about rounding up & down because no Penny’s anymore, got 2 penny’s back in change. Go figure.
