“Great food and a serious historical location. Chateaubriand was top notch. Dessert torte was likewise excellent. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was the live music was too loud. I'm a musician and would never have my levels that high. Was difficult to have a conversation.“

“Food was good. The service was not. Our waitress did not smile much. She was playing with her cell phone when I approached to the service desk with computer and other billing stuff. She name starts with a C.I observed how she treated other customers, she was not warm nor smile either. I told myself, it was not me.“

“Why aren’t more people talking about this place??!!!??My friends and I went tonight night for dinner and drinks because we saw they had the speakeasy and we love that vibe.We decided to sit at the bar. Immediately, the bartender, Steven/Stephen, starts telling us about the place and it’s rich history. He was so kind and helpful the whole night. He made sure he connected with us for a great experience. We ordered espresso martinis, because obviously. They were INCREDIBLE. You can get it with or without Baileys which was nice. We even got decaf espresso. The level of sweetness was just right. The foam was foaming. They were truly a treat. 10/10. I also ordered a Tiramisu martini which came with a lady finger on top. This was a little stronger but still nice and creamy with great foam. 9/10.The food was absolutely DIVINE. He told us the food is made fresh because they don’t have a freezer..?!?!!? Impressive if true. We started off with the Arancini because they are my religion. Mouthwatering. The rice was perfectly cooked. The crispy outside was amazing. The flavors melded together well. 10/10. I had the Spicy Rigs. It was made with homemade pasta…!!!!!!!!!! I am not a pasta girly but when it’s homemade…consider me a pasta girly. The sauce was smooth and creamy. The tomatoes really came through. I wish the Calabrian chilis poked through a little more for more of a spice. However, the flavors were still balanced. 9/10.The vibes were immaculate! We got there about 7. A DJ started playing music around 9:30. It turned into a club vibe which was shocking. The music was blaring so it did become hard to hear each other. The music was still good though. They do have HH Monday - Friday which seems like really great deals on drinks/food.I would 100000000% come back here and recommend it to anyone. I hope to try their sister restaurant soon, Hudson Prime Steakhouse, which is the only steakhouse in Irvington apparently!!!For me to live in Westchester all my life and to not have heard of this place before is crazy! It was so good.“

“Yummy seafood. Good date night. It was a week day, so not so busy. I was told it was difficult to get in on weekends. I had mussels as an appetizer and some kind of chicken dish (basically chicken piccata) with risotto on the side. The mussels were amazing, and they had like a broth and toast on the side. I had in mind the chicken would be a little different, but my husband thought it was really good. The risotto was creamy and flavorful. I decided I needed a vegetable, so I ordered some broccoli. They cooked it butter with some garlic slivers, and that broccoli was just delicious. I was stuffed after that, and had that broccoli taste for a little while. Amazing.“

“I am mad at myself for not coming here sooner. The food, drinks, service, ambiance - 10/10. They really did a wonderful job with this place. I haven't been this impressed with a place in a long time! Everything on the menu is delicious and on top of that, the cocktails are very reasonably priced. Cash only - ATM onsite if you forget. We are so happy to find a new place that we love!“

“I'm surprised that I have been living in the area this long and have not been here until now! Went for the first time today and absolutely loved it. The waitress Melissa was very friendly and helpful. The vibes were as if I were at a rock bar without the drunkards. And the food was incredible! Rony made us the juiciest burgers (even better than what I was craving) and personally came to our table to ask how we were doing. 10/10, definitely recommend!“

“We had a great first experience! Deena and Laura are very attentive and made us feel welcome. It was hard to make a decision with the vast menu, but we both landed on good choices. Here's my Englebert Pumperdink with thick, fresh sliced turkey breast, ham, bacon, onion and tomato. Breaded mushrooms with horseradish sauce are great...and my friend loved his very tender shell/strip steak with an enormous onion ring and a side of mixed sweet potato fries and wedge fries. My favorite though was the side of garlic mash and gravy! Definitely worthy of a trip back to Horsefeathers ☺️“
“I absolutely love Mazzy’s! Cheyenne (the owner) is a sweetheart, and so is everyone she employs. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The decor is super cute, service is quick, and drinks are great. I’m also very fond of the electronic games they have. Last time I went was for a special event, and I can’t recommend going on a night like that enough. Costume contest, an excellent drag performance, crafts, and partnering with a local org that does good work: the whole package.“

Breakfast was so good we called back after the match for dinner. Even though it was very busy the staff, accommodated us and the food was excellent, would highly recommend for both food quality and price. Special mention to Danielle who couldn't do enough to make our two visits to the Whlistin Donkey very worth while.“

“Cute tavern! We have gone back now multiple times. They are so accommodating/knowledgeable with gluten free! There are only a few items that you have to call ahead for 24 hours. But almost everything on their meal is gluten free. I LOVE the turkey shepherds pie with sweet potato mash on the top. And they carry gluten free cake from the local bakery. We also asked about sodium accommodations for my FIL, and the owner said that it could easily be done. So happy to support this business.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and low sodium“

“So the place is very authentic with their brick walls. We were seated right as we entered, less than 3 minutes later our server came over to get our order. I had the Alehouse nachos, it was different and tasty (wish they had guacamole to it) , my partner order the cheeseburger egg rolls which came with coleslaw which was nice and crunchy. We then ordered wings, I was kinda sad bc I told her we wanted fries ad well but I guess over the loud sounds she couldn't hear us. I had the mild Buffalo and Thai chili wings, my partner had the jerk wings and as a born Jamaican their jerk wings are official!!!! Seasoned and spicy. Overall the experience was nice, great place to grab a quick bite and watch a few games and drink beer or wine ladies.“

“Huuuuuuge Yard House fan - food, atmosphere, beers; awesome. The servers? Pretty hit&miss. Depends on if you like ordering your own stuff or if you need someone to come to your table and order for you. That's why service gets 3* and this place gets an overall 4*. Sometimes you get someone that just comes and refills your water and gets you napkins (which is perfect because food comes directly from the kitchen now) or you get someone who treats you like a child and kills your whole vibe.Best deal at this place: go on a Tuesday between 4:30 and 6, get 50% apps and happy hour. Then walk 50 feet across the mall and go see a $7 movie at AMC with your cheesecake creme brulee you brought with you (which you better clean up and throw out after yourself) then head home nice and sobered up:)“

“Well, hold onto your taste buds, folks, because Moriarty's on McLean Ave is not just a pub - it's a flavor explosion that deserves a galaxy of stars! I'd give it 10 stars in every category if I could, but let's not break the star system. Now, let me tell you about the owner, Peter. This guy is such a gentleman that I was tempted to steal him and take him home as my personal butler. I mean, how often do you find a pub owner who's basically a living, breathing embodiment of class and charm?I've trotted around to more pub restaurants than I can count, but Moriarty's is the real deal - a MUST-GO! The server was like a culinary Wikipedia, dropping knowledge bombs about the menu that left me feeling like a foodie genius. And don't even get me started on the runners - they were so fast, I'm pretty sure they could give The Flash a run for his money. No, seriously, they were faster than a cat chasing a laser pointer. Now, let's talk about the food. It's not just a meal; it's an invitation to a flavor fiesta that will make your taste buds do the cha-cha. I tried combinations I never even knew existed, and let me tell you, they could choke a horse. I'm not saying I tried to feed a horse, but if I did, I'd take them to Moriarty's.In conclusion: GO THERE!!!! And if you're not on your way already, you're missing out on the tastiest adventure of your life. Grab your fork, put on your running shoes, and get ready for a flavor marathon at Moriarty's - where even the horses would give it a thumbs up if they could!“

“Oldest bar in the Bronx, bartender and all the regulars rule. Great drinks, borderline best value-for-the-drink on the basics in the whole friggin' city. “All around outstanding. Atmosphere is reminiscent of the good ole days. Not only do they have sports, the establishment carries every television service necessary to carry all of them. The prime rib falls off of both sides of the plate, and the double grilled wings are served like they just came off of the bbq. Reservations are available for six or more.Parking: It’s in a strip mall so other businesses share this same lot, the restaurant is a busy spot at the hours you’d expect it would be, but you’ll find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: More than one ramp exists, each side of the stop mall has one, so matter where you park, this establishment is accessible.“

“So we were told this place has amazing steaks and it was hard to be in a Irish pub and not get traditional Irish food but we got the steaks as recommended I got the 16oz and my wife got the filet and shrimp special the food was good, not going to say it was the best I ever had or the the worst, we will leave it as it was good . One of my frustrations was that the peppercorn sauce was an additional, based on other places this is something that is normally included or at least can be added, $6 for a cup of sauce was pretty higher, on the other note the sauce was very good The service was good, waitress was attentive as much as needed and not overwhelming or absent. The ambiance is an Irish bar, on one note I would have preferred some Irish music playing vs the 80s music that they had going or on the tvs the news and something bloody. Overall a great experience!“

“This gem of a restaurant has earned its place as my all-time favorite Mexican spot in NYC. Not only does it serve up some of the most delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine I've had the pleasure of tasting, but it also pairs this culinary excellence with truly outstanding service. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between welcoming familiarity and a lively, fun atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. Whether you're here for the exceptional food, the top-notch service, or to indulge in what might just be the perfect Margarita, its location near Van Cortlandt Park adds an extra layer of appeal. This is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the best of Mexican dining in the city.“
“This is a very nice spot. If you are a connoisseur of dive bars like I am, you will love the decor and vibe. The customers and bartender were all friendly. Price was about average I guess. Regarding food, they said they only had a small bar pie, and that limited menu sort of gave me the impression that it was probably frozen and heated up, so I passed on the food and just enjoyed a beer and the atmosphere. Definitely a nice spot to grab a drink though. Especially if you are a local in the area of this bar, I definitely recommend it. If you are a fellow dive bar connoisseur, put this one on your list, and unless you happen to be hungry at the time, I don't think you'll be disappointed at all. Go and enjoy!“

“Our dining experience at Houlihan's restaurant in Paramus, NJ, was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable evening. The menu offered a great variety of options, and each dish we ordered exceeded our expectations. I had the stuffed chicken breast accompanied by asparagus and mashed potatoes, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. My son thoroughly enjoyed his chicken wings and fries, while my wife savored her top sirloin steak paired with a loaded baked potato. Our friend visiting from Ireland, a lovely lady, was delighted with the fish and chips, which she claimed rivaled those back home. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the presentation was equally impressive. Each dish was beautifully plated, showcasing the care and attention to detail that went into its preparation. The service at Houlihan's was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. “Formerly at another location in Spring Valley, Little Vietnam has expanded its menu and its dining space-including outdoor seating. The menu and the specials were difficult to choose between; our waiter knew every detail of the preparation, and it all sounded appetizing. Finally we opted for our usual favorites: a Spring Roll appetizer, basa filet in a clay pot, and tempura-fried soft-shell crab. The basa was delicious with a dark, caramelized sauce and tender, sweet filets. The crab was meaty and crisp, served on a bed of greens and cilantro. I’m hoping for a return visit soon so I can eventually work my way throughb this great menu.“

“Visited this establishment for a post rugby match social hosted by the local club. Plenty of room in the front and the back when you go inside and also space outside to sit down and watch the games. There must have been over 40 of us and there was hardly a wait time for the turnaround for your drinks. The bartenders were friendly and the bar top was kept busy with good pints of Guinness going back and forth. Plenty of parking off Street for your designated drivers.“

“Very special place with flawless execution. Real nice touch on menu subtleties, chicory salad and mezzi rigatoni for example. The spinach gnudi speechless. But it’s got two fundamental flaws. We aren’t in Manhattan. $30+ pastas are unacceptable. And the wine is approachable and works, but not enough of an effort given the quality of food. Be too easy to upgrade it and treat their customers.Saying this I go back each month but I must admit other local options might not be as perfect but bring more value. And I have eaten at some of the best Italian restaurants. It’s a nice comfortable yummy place that won’t disappoint. I just don’t feel so good and enthralled given a lack of respect for us feel good patrons.“
