“We hit this place last night on a whim on the way home from a gig…Megan the bartender was lovely! Funny, witty, and adorable! She made us a bar pie and was very diligent about getting it just right! This place is great and we made friends with a couple of cool fellas who are regulars there. My boyfriend ended up in a conversation about guitars. “On December 12th my law office had their holiday luncheon at this wonderful restaurant. I also ordered a tray of meat lasagna for Christmas. If you have never had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, I suggest you run - do not pass go - and get your butt there and eat the most delicous food on this planet. The chef created the meat lasagna - a simple dish - and elevated to something that just melts in your mouth with deliciousness. LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant!!“

“We had a quiet, comfortable stay while heading south through New York and New Jersey. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked with the exception of one lightbulb, which was quickly replaced. The front desk staff and the maintenance engineer were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Our one “complaint” was with the height of the toilet seat. For old folks with old knees, it’s much too low and there was nothing to grab onto. It also would have been helpful to have a listing of the tv channels. There was no channel guide on the remote. We had to surf through the channels to see what was on. We had a very good dinner in The Koi Lounge. Food was good! Price was reasonable! Server/bartender was very pleasant, but service was slow because she was working alone. The kitchen is not adjacent to the lounge, so she had to do lots of running back and forth. The main restaurant was closed because the hotel was not busy enough to warrant opening it in the middle of this week. The breakfast buffet @ $18 was very good. It featured a good variety of hot and cold items + eggs/omelettes cooked to order. Good coffee! We would stop here again when passing through.“
