The details of the menu, signature cocktail, embellishments and affordable pricing were as smooth as silk. The follow up meetings were effective and brief. Every detail was accommodated in style and with class. When Alicia said not to worry, they will handle everything, I left it in their capable hands and didn’t give it another thought. The event of about 30 family and dear friends was an astounding and resounding success. One word: Delicious! The presentation was wonderful. The service was timely, accurate, professional, and nearly invisible throughout the evening. Everyone is still raving about the menu variety, service, and the General sumptuousness of the event. “We rolled into swifty’s on a Sunday for lunch, 30 minutes after they opened with a 16 year old hockey team and parents who were killing time between hockey games at the nexus center and wanted a place to watch the bills game for a bit. I am sure they were overwhelmed by 45 people who walked in at one time. Let me just say… they were amazing. Everyone got their drinks and then everyone placed a food order. The bar tender.. Amanda? Was the best! The food rolled out of that kitchen like it was normal. And to top it off.. everyone’s lunch was awesome. Huge burgers, great pizza, one huge fan of the chicken parm, loaded fry’s had multiple fans and the other wraps and sandwiches all had great reviews. Nobody was dissapointed. “There were three tables of adults And one table of at least 15 children under 14 Who were loud , yelling, rough housing and making it difficult to even carry on a conversation, this is a special dinner that we had planned. We asked the waitress and the bartender who both went over twice to tell them to calm down, but I will tell you if this is what goes on at that restaurant I will not be back,“

“The portions are big! The filet mignon was cooked well and still tender. The creamed corn, although the menu stated it had jalapeños, was not very spicy, which is good for someone that doesn't eat that way. Their seasonal buttery cake with ice cream, apples, and caramel drizzle was a sweet and salty deliciousness! A mocktail mojito was crisp and refreshing. On a Monday evening, it was perfectly quiet.“

“I love City Cafe! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Their coffee is the best in town, and the pastries? Absolutely divine! A perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend.“

“We have eaten in twice, and done takeout once, recently, and all three experiences were excellent. Our waitress/ cook was welcoming and attentive. Pizza was cooked perfectly, with ample toppings. We tried different flavors of wings each time, and the favorites were Everything, Sweet n’ Spicy, and Honey Barbecue. Highly recommend! We will be back soon!“

“We had my grandmothers funeral service this past Monday and Michael T’s was able to open up afterwards for our reception. The food was great. The server was amazing. The owner is awesome. They also catered my wedding 9 years ago. Really great place. I recommend them to everyone!“

“Myself and four friends went there for Friday fish fry. The service was prompt the place was very clean. Large selection of draft beer on tap as well bottled and canned beer in the coolers. We all ordered the Utica beer breaded fish fry. Cannot be more happier with their meal the fish was huge and lightly breaded. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Large selection of craft beers. I definitely will be back.“

“We had the fish Fry with macaroni and cheese. Salad bar had lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onions, croutons, black olives. Plus, coleslaw, cottage cheese, crab salad and soup. Bread with dinner. Lightly breaded fish, cooked to perfection. All was very good!! (We were too full for dessert.☹)“

“The most absolute amazing salad you can design. Trust me when I say put some hot purple rice in the bottom of the bowl and start building the rest! Fresh grated ginger is a game changer. Don't forget all the free extras by the cash register you can add on. In New Hartford the manager is Austin and he is absolutely incredible! He runs a wonderful establishment and is constantly helping his workers out. My friend and I go here every 3 weeks and have our favorite table we always sit at. Austin even remembers all my toppings all the way to the well done steak. Incredible service and atmosphere.“
