“We just had a baby shower there April 3th, 2022 It's so easy to work with Leo. We had a brunch buffet and everything was terrific. The wait staff and the food. We had a wonderful time.“

We got seated quickly so that was nice but the time it took for someone to come to us, to ask what we wanted to drink, to get the drink etc etc was abnormally long for it not being that busy. The appetizer (ahi tuna) was very good! I highly recommend that! My biggest disappointment, ironically being a steakhouse, was the steak! Two orders were medium rare and it came out more rare but it was fine for us... my boyfriend ordered his medium well (shocking since he normally orders it well) got it so rare it was practically black and blue. He was embarrassed to say anything (he totally should've ) but for a steakhouse I was shocked how drastically off the steak temp was done. As far an ambience goes it was clean and very old school elegant as opposed to Morton's that's classy but way more modern.“

Was fantastic. Was batted down thin and breaded and seasoned to perfection. VERY tender, I only had to use my folk to cut. The marinara was fresh semi chunky lite delicious and perfect. The fresh bread came in handy to clean up my plate. My wife has a fresh pasta marinara dish and NO complaints there. “Tarry Tavern for dinner: Mom had Seared maine sea scallops with local corn and leek risotto and I got the roasted Hudson valley duck breast with pecan cranberry wild rice and sunchoke purée. Unreal. Mom cleaned her plate at a restaurant for the first time in ages and mine was to die for. We shared the pumpkin pecan bread pudding for dessert. “Solid stuff. The buffalo wings are exactly what you want with some good heat attached. The crab cheddar biscuits were soft and had great flavor. Really enjoyed both. No frills caesar salad did not disappoint, either.

I go to the craft shows near the train station every so often and always wondered what the best local food spot is, and I think I found it. Will be back in the future to explore the menu.“
