“Small, super cute, delicious place! I stopped here in between office appointments to grab a quick sandwich. I ordered the blt with the wrap (trying to be less carbs) but since they were out, the world was telling me a different thing, and I had it on their homemade brioche bun. Oh my delish! The bread was great, turkey and cheese and bacon were all amazing! I will definitely stop here again.“

“I think this is our only Bakery left. Rome is know for our amazing Italian food. Ferlo's does not disappoint . Their tomato pie. Bake goods and bread is just like I remember as a kid. Like walking into Rome's history . My favorite is the football rolls...Perfect for meatball subs !!!“

“I was in the area during lunch and searched for a place I haven't been on Maps. Saw this little place, and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The ladies that were there were friendly and the service prompt. I ordered an Italian Sub. The bread was fantastic, and the ingredients fresh. They know how to build a sub, every ingredient was the right amount. I also tried their Mac salad and pasta salad. The Mac was just how my Grandma used to make and the Pasta salad was delicious. I'm glad I stopped!“

“I preordered a special birthday cake a month prior from another bakery and went to pick it up Friday morning. It was nothing like what I asked for and after 7 other calls to local bakeries, Luso's picked up and saved me. The woman I dealt with was so friendly and couldn't have been more kind while I sobbed my way through my problem. She promised no miracles for my short timeframe but that's exactly what she delivered. Despite being the only person working and handling her other personal/professional responsibilities, I picked up an amazing cake in less than 4 hours and was able to make it to my boyfriend's surprise party in Syracuse with half an hour to spare. I couldn't have asked for a better, more personalized experience than if I had picked this local gem from the beginning. The shop was brimming with fresh pastries while we did my consultation, the price was beyond fair for the challenge she accepted and she reopened outside of normal hours to make sure I got my cake in time. I wish I had caught her name on that visit but she's got a customer for life now so I'm sure I will in future visits. (The purple cake was my inspo and the red is what she was able to create in 4 hours. The German chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream was an absolute dream!)“
