“As usual the food and drinks were delicious. Unfortunately the waiter was rude. He screwed up my order. Then came over and twice asked me to admit I ordered something I didn’t. The waitresses were nice as always. Nothing was done by him. He did not apologize. Did not even offer to comp a drink or something. Not that I was looking for something free. He didn’t care. Really sad. At least the waitresses apologized.“

“Miguel's is awesome! Excellent food. Everything here is great. Very cheaply priced and affordable. They even have an in-house home made cinnamon horchata drink. If you've never had it, then you're missing out big time. But if you get addicted to it don't blame me. The best Spanish food around.

Parking: Free parking lot. Shares a lot with the other few little stores in the store front over there. Easy to find parking.“

“My family and I were in Easport for a basketball tournament for my son and wanted to eat at a local restaurant. This was absolutely a hit!! The food was delicious! Service was great. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. We had the chicken burrito/chicken tacos and chicken quesadilla. Absolutely delicious!! I would say it's enough to share! We all had left overs. This place is feels like a small piece of Mexico here in NY. Highly recommend to check them out!“

“Had dinner here, ordered tacos de birria, tacos al pastor and a torta and it they were great. Highly recommend their “como la flor” drink and “Victoria” beer. I would love for this place to do a Friday or Saturday dinner & dance.“

“Absolutely delicious 🤤 was given a sample of the chicken bacon ranch today(they just gave me as a bonus 😍) it was really perfect. I also picked up some other special slices and they are just as good. All the staff is above and beyond polite and such a beautiful team. We always feel welcome and full. “I stumbled upon this place and I'm glad I did it's not the nicest part of coram but don't let that scare you off the food was made fresh the cook was fantastic and helped me choose because I told him I'm Irish and not familiar with Spanish food only taco bell fast food. He made me delicious mouth watering FRESH chicken tacos. I'm looking forward to the next meal he makes me. Give them a try I'm so glad I did and with taco bell opening in coram it would be a shame if you didn't try this place and only ate taco bell you would be missing out on something ?“

“Even though our son is a professional chef and we think of ourselves as "foodies," we have only limited experience with Caribbean cuisine. That's going to change, because we will absolutely go back to Taino's to explore more of the menu. We went around 6-ish on a Monday night to celebrate my birthday, and the only other patrons were at the bar. They appeared to be regulars, and the vibe was warm and casual. Coconut shrimp is one of my guilty pleasures and I order it every time I see it on a menu. Tainos' was quite possibly the best I've ever had: enormous shrimp coated in batter and flaked coconut, fried to crispy perfection and served with a to-die-for coconut dipping sauce. I'm also a skirt steak junkie, so ordered the Churrasco al la Parrilla which is served with a large serving of rice, bowl of red beans and chimichurri sauce, all presented beautifully, complete with an orchid. I was so full from the shrimp, I took nearly all of my entree home. Our lovely waitress (also the bartender) packed up my leftovers so they were just as attractive and appetizing the next day. Everything, including the steak, reheated perfectly. Granted, at my age I have a small appetite, but I'll be finishing the second (!) half of my steak, rice and beans tonight (night #3). Our son ordered the chicken Canasta de Platano (plantain 'baskets') appetizer and grudgingly gave me only a tiny (delicious) taste. Husband ordered fried cheese, and ate a whole piece even before I could take a photo. Again, I was allowed only one bite, but know I'll order my own the next time we're there. He also ordered the skirt steak, but our son tried the Colombian platter (steak, avocado, pork cracklings, fried egg, rice and more), which he loved. He gave me the sweet corn cakes which I devoured. Can't wait to try "mofungo," which seems to be a signature dish. The oxtails look fabulous, too.“
