“My son & ordered breakfast sandwiches to be picked up and the service was very sweet and prompt! My son said his sandwich (the one with mushrooms) was "amazing!" “George Martin The Original is an amazing restaurant with exceptional food and service. Parking can be tough in Rockville Centre but George Martin has plenty of parking in the back. The bar is very large with plenty of seating...regulars often eat at the bar to chat with people around them and the wonderful bartenders. Reservations are recommended especially during busy hours. My husband and I started with two signature drinks...coconut Margarita and French martini. One better than the other. We shared a wedge salad which was split in the kitchen and chopped. Delicious! We both had steak, my favorite is Skirt steak, his filet mignon. Both cooked perfectly to our liking...dessert was pecan pie sundae... yummy... The service is the best around...especially the manager Suzanne who walks around making sure everyone is happy...can be a bit loud but the energy is contagious....love it there and so will you“
“Many restaurants could learn a thing or two from Small Batch. Wonderful experience. Not only was the food fresh, inventive and meticulously prepared, but the staff was just lovely. Everyone was warm, not snobby, and went above and beyond to make my sister's birthday brunch enjoyable for my family. The food focuses on spotlighting the local ingredients and isn't overly fancy. My favorites were the hot fried chicken sandwich, the deconstructed eggplant parm appetizer, and the spaghetti with tomato sauce off of the kids menu (could have used a touch of salt but I think they underseasoned on purpose because it's for kids). The only dish that was pretty underwhelming was the shrimp and grits, which was kind of bland. The decor is also so tasteful and I felt transported to a fancy farmhouse somewhere on the coast of Rhode Island or something. I'll definitely be back!“

Here are my thoughts about the meal: Pros: >The waiter was extremely professional and friendly. > We had the prix fixe dinner. Appetizers, Entrees, and Desserts were all delicious. > We felt welcomed to enjoy our company and were not rushed. Con: > According to the menu, Each Entree was supposed to be accompanied by both a potato and a vegetable. This was not the case. The four of us shared a single plate of roasted red potatoes and 5 nickel size pieces of a carrot. The waiter said this is correct and asked if we wanted tp pay for an actual side of vegetable. I was a bit embarrassed and found this odd when the prix fixe was supposed to come with enough vegetable for 4 people. This is definitely not what I would expect from a restaurant of this level.“

“Started going here a little while back for the Subculture nights hosted by Dj Cody and from the first visit knew this was a great place. Johnny the bartender is a great guy and a class act and a really attentive bartender. The service is great here and you never wait a long time to get a drink no matter how many people are there. Along with great service the atmosphere is pretty cool and the nights are always fun. Definitely worth the trip whether you live close or have to travel a bit. I will continue to go to The Rabbits Foot on a regular basis as it is always a great time.“

The cocktail menu was clever as well as festive. The menu has all the right snacks and hand helds for one or a group. The events board has something posted for every day of the week. We had the Drunk Chicken Sammy with sweet potato tots and the We're Jammin Burger with battered fries. The vodka sauce with burrata elevated the chicken to the next level. Fig jam and candied bacon on the burger was on point. I will definitely partake in snacks the next time we are there for HH.“

“A fun place for lunch and dinner. I was a bit hesitant bring my son who is 3yo, because you just never know if he's having a good day or bad day. But I decided to take the risk and bring him on a mini date because there's only so many visits this mommy can take to Chik-fil-A and it turned out great. He was on his good behavior and tried the mushroom risotto, which I told him was cheesy rice with my short rib and he has a cheese burger and fries. They did forget to put cheese on his burger which he was quick to point out but that was a quick fix, the staff was quick to melt a slice of cheese on his burger and brought it back out quick. My only semi-compliant was a side was small sweet potato smash was $12 which was the same cost of his burger and fries. Otherwise, everything was great, staff was attentive and we had a fun time. “My family and I are frequent customers here. All of the staff are super friendly and personable. They even remember us whenever we walk in. They always attend to our needs and we can be needy at times with a fussy two year old. The food is always delicious and fresh. Atmosphere is perfection for mall dining. Honestly our favorite place to eat at RF Mall. Today they surprised my husband and I with a generous goody bag that was leftover from Valentine's Day. We decided if Matty was behind the bar we'd sit with him but it wasn't so we sat at a table with Sabie. Service and food were wonderful, we both did the pasta night. “Had lunch here with my mother and aunt on a Thursday afternoon. I did not expect to have probably the best Octopus dish I've ever had. Really spectacular. Perfectly balanced flavor and texture, and the cook on the Octopus itself was spot on. I would return just based on that alone. We had French onion soup which was very solid. Excellent fried chicken thigh sandwich. Good chicken quesadilla, and a really good short rib bolognese. Didn't love the pasta choice with that which was cavatelli. My personal opinion/preference would be a pappardelle or tagliatelle to make the short rib more of the star. The cavatelli was a little too dense and fought against the short rib. I've been coming to this place for several years now, and it's nice to have had one of the better meals I've had there this far into their run. Kudos to the kitchen and the front of the house.“

We love having Juanito as our server! He's kind, professional, friendly and always makes the best drinks. He has really shown his personality with us and we sincerely appreciate that! To my embarrassment , my one year old knocked his food off the table and Juanito understood! As a new mom, things like that have us feeling so apologetic!! “Golly Miss Molly... the other day I frequented my local favorite spot once again: DOX. I was seated swiftly and that was the start to an amazing dining experience. My server, Dana was just excellent to say the least. Service with a smile doesn't even hold a candle to how excellent she was. She was fast, in depth and Johnny on the spot when it came to waters and refills on adult beverages. This extraordinary server could do it all. She was so kind and so sweet and took care of me like it was a bed and breakfast. Once again the food was other worldly good. Let's just say, Dana left with a pocket full of money from all the happy customers that had the opportunity and the luxury to be seated in her section that night.“

I had the salmon with stir fry vegetables and basmati rice, but it had a lot of sauce, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu and a bit spicy which is not what I usually go for - I will say it was flavorful though. There’s some indoor and outdoor seating.Kid-friendliness: Went with my kids, it’s family/kid-friendly. No separate menu for them however. But I share my meals with them, so either way it works.“
“I ate here recently with my family because we really wanted seafood. So the pluses are that it’s a large restaurant with easy parking, lots of seating and great customer service. The food was delicious but the only reason for four vs five stars is the quantity. The portions could have been a bit bigger, but overall an excellent restaurant.“

The 3 course meal is $46. And again, anything I've eaten was enjoyable. I feel like I say that a lot, but I am choosy. Yeah I can eat fried cheese somewhere and be happy, but the food here is next level.“
