“Fantastic Chick-fil-A, especially for a travel plaza location.
Stopped here along the New York tollway and was seriously impressed. The staff were super friendly, my order came out insanely fast, and the food was fresh and actually tasted great not dry or thrown together like a lot of other fast food spots in travel plazas. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had on the road. My chicken sandwich meal and 12-count nuggets came to about $25, though I did end up getting 11 instead of 12. Still, the quality made it worth it. Definitely worth spending the extra money to get good food.”

“We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!”

“Amazing food! Went there 2 years ago on a whim. Looked like we walked into a wedding reception with a 1 man band. Stuck it out and stayed. Service was amazing! Food was even better! Staff was very professional and nice. 2 years later went back and found they were in a new location. Had to sit in overflow seating at 7:30 at night which was a dressed up hotel continental breakfast area. Dont let that fool you! Service was amazing! Food was perfect! Drinks were great! Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back again! I was with a party of 7 and we all felt the same way! Expensive but worth every penny!”

“Dined here last evening. The warm brie appetizer was very good and a nice change from ordinary appetizers. The steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. For dessert I had the chocolate torte which came with raspberry sauce. The combination of the chocolate and raspberry....yum! The staff were all nice, friendly, and informative. I’m not big on pizza - (I did take a bite of the kids & actually liked it) I ordered an antipasto with onions for myself and it was bigger and better than expected. “We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.

“Was invited for the Syracuse Duke basketball game. But before had a wonderful dinner at Joey’s Restaurant. Noticed Big Mama’s Cheesecakes, hm, interesting/catchy name. Make note this is one dessert that so many make, so many claim to have so called mastered etc it is extremely difficult to master. From my 33 years of experience & being a 3 star chef from Manhattan & serving the biggest names in any form of entertainment I have to express that in this crazy culinary business this cheesecake was well beyond anything I have ever tasted. Magnificent isn’t even enough to say. There is a famous restaurant in France named Les Papilles. Exceptional in bakery especially cheesecake. The cheesecake here in Syracuse is right there with Les Papilles. This is a complete lottery win for this area of the country. I’ve been around the globe and have visited many culinary gems, this is in my top 20. Absolutely brilliant”
