“I have never had a bad experience here with the new owners. Everyone is extremely friendly, nice, and the food is great. If their subs taste fresher and better than the ones in town that specialize in subs and deli services, than that's a testament to them and their food, even being a chain restaurant. “We tried The Gem tonight and we were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish. We chose wings as our appetizer and two draft beers! The wings were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our main course, we selected the smoked brisket with potato salad and baked beans as our sides. This was by far the best smoked brisket we have had. We ended the meal with the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream 😍. Head to The Gem for a great meal!”
