“Temple Hill Tavern is a great place for family events. Paul and Mark are outstanding. I have had a couple of events at the Tavern. I have never been disappointed. The staff is accommodating, attentive and take the worry away. Temple hill is a permanent go to spot in my book.“

“I started out taking only Azilect, then Mirapex,and then dopamine for my Parkinson disease, as the disease progressed they didn’t help much. The food... I just cannot believe how good it is! The creamed spinach is so fresh!! This was the best I have ever had! Mom had the quesadilla which had a perfect cheese blending with chicken and such wonderful guacamole. And the creme brulee was so creamy and balanced, it really knocked me out. “My lovely wife surprised me at Blooming Hill Farm for my day-after-birthday brunch, which also happened to be Easter Sunday, and I have to report, the food and experience were absolutely phenomenal. I mean in-CRED-ible. Erin and I shared the Spinach Salad, Maple Yogurt, Breakfast Pizza, side of Heritage Bacon, and Spring Hash. We were not able to decide what we liked most because everything was not just delicious and fresh, but one of the best meals at any restaurant we have had anywhere. The coffee and 2-Day Notice cocktail were both terrific, and Erin loved the House Bloody Mary. Our server, Katie, was spot-on, and the beverages and food were delivered quickly. If you haven’t visited Blooming Hill Farm for brunch, you should. First rate. Unqualified recommend.“

“First time here. As soon as you go in you feel like a relax vibe with some nice funky music. I came for lunch with my wife. Alicia was our host and she was a sweetheart. We ordered some mozzarella sticks, bone in garlic parmesan and boneless lemon pepper chicken wings. The wings came with some blue cheese. We also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Everything was very good. The place was clean and well decorated.“

“We celebrated my dad's 100th Birthday Party on Friday night at the Venue at Winding Hills with about 45 friends and family. We, and especially my dad, were so impressed with the gorgeous venue itself, the delicious cocktail hour appetizers and dinner, and the marvelous, attentive, smiling staff. We chose a buffet and an open bar all night, and the price was certainly right!!! We were in the inside room, with the bar next door and the atmosphere was festive and chatty, the perfect birthday celebration, and I know for a fact that everyone had a blast. Stopped off there for breakfast on our way to Cooperstown with 2 Buddies and when Shakira was bringing our drinks, my one Buddy stretched and knocked over the drinks that Shakira was carrying and they spilled on her. Shakira didn’t bat an eyelash and laughed about it and remained extremely professional during that accident!!! Great service by her even with that incident happening!!! Servers Michael and Justin were incredible! We walked in, tables were set, water glasses filled and menus ready. They handled separate bills with ease, drink orders, soups, appetizers, meals and desserts with amazing customer service- and the food was a home run!! True comfort food with a flare! The Schwing burgers & Mac/cheese, deviled egg appetizers and skillet cookie were just a few of our favs! The list of beers on tap was long and something for everyone’s tastebuds for sure! “This was our 2nd time there in 2 weeks. 1st time my fries got cold waiting for my waitresses attention for ketchup. I told todays waitress what happened last week, she said, "I'll get the ketchup now". She never did. When my lunch & fries came out, no waitress, no ketchup. I had to grab the busy waitresses attention to find my waitress for ketchup.
We were waiting at least 15 minutes and said, "didn't we get bread/butter last time?" As we saw the other waitress being attentive to her patrons, they got their bread/butter right away. Then our waitress walked by, I asked her about the bread, "oh, I'll get you some". She did, but apparently didn't have any intentions or even ask us if we wanted it. Our appetizer came out the same time as our lunch. Our Texas Tonion's temperature was warm, not hot. Food was good.“

“The Horse and Sulky is a local pub. The food is really good and the service people are really nice. Thursdays are burgers and beer night with karaoke. Fun atmosphere, but do not get confused , it is not a fancy place, just a local hangout.

Parking: On very busy nights, St. Patrick's Day, it gets packed and it is located on a busy street, be careful.“
