“The owner was behind the counter, and I came in later in the evening. The coffee was very good so of course I had to try the cheesecake. I loved that it wasn’t too sweet, but it had flavor and a great consistency. The atmosphere was really fun a little, funky old school, but comfortable while I’m in town. I’m definitely gonna go back and try something else there. This is the kind of place we want to see more of :-)“

“Awesome place and people. We have stopped several times over the years always great I’ve cream. Always a great experience. I mistakenly left my purse there after the Veteran Memorial Ride on Monday. When I got home I had no idea where my purse was. I left messages at the two places we had been. Tuesday morning I received a call from the owner of Maxs Custard and she had my purse safe and sound. The kids working that afternoon were cleaning tables and found it. They secured it with a note for their boss. I cannot thank you enough and with all the bad news on television etc. this is a real experience that proves there are good people left in this world!!!❤️“
“Peppy's Ice Cream is very good. Except the only problem is that sometimes they don't make the flurry's as good as I want them. All they have to do is add more Oreo's! When I eat it all it is is just vanilla ice cream. Hardly any Oreo. I'm not trying to be rude or anything. I just prefer more Oreo's. Thanks :)“
