I got their delicious (monthly special) Strawberry Crunch Latte and it was everything I've been searching for!! the coffee was delicious and strong and the flavor was so good without being overly sweet and perfectly creamy. My wife got a cookies and cream hot latte and she enjoyed every last drop!! Not only do they have the best coffee we have found here in NNY but their espresso coffee cake cups are everything you need! This is my new favorite place! I'm already craving more and it's the same day 😆 It was EXTREMELY busy but our drinks came out fast and every single worker had a smile on their face and were more than welcoming and polite! Good customer service is hard to find nowadays and everyone was absolutely amazing there. The customer service alone is a huge reason we will definitely be back! “My bf and I go here every time I need to pick up my meds or we have our daughter spend the day with a family member as it's on the way. Almost never a bad experience besides once when I got my usual sandwich, the egg was not even on the sandwich, it was on the wrapper just wrapped up?? I thought it was pretty funny. Our order is very typical. Mine, a sausage egg and cheese pretzel bagel sandwich and a small mocha iced capp. His is the same but no cheese extra sausage and an oreo capp. They've never messed it up, or been rude ONCE. Mind you we've gone here probably a dozen times now. The food is always so so good, and there's only one item I dislike which is the chicken and cheese panini. Even the one by the mall is the same and great quality too! Come to Tim Hortons!“
