Almost never a bad experience besides once when I got my usual sandwich, the egg was not even on the sandwich, it was on the wrapper just wrapped up?? I thought it was pretty funny. Our order is very typical. Mine, a sausage egg and cheese pretzel bagel sandwich and a small mocha iced capp. His is the same but no cheese extra sausage and an oreo capp. They've never messed it up, or been rude ONCE. Mind you we've gone here probably a dozen times now. The food is always so so good, and there's only one item I dislike which is the chicken and cheese panini. Even the one by the mall is the same and great quality too! Come to Tim Hortons!“
