“great atmosphere with top notch employees. its probably the only bar I will go to if I have a choice. it's not a bar that shoves alcohol down your throat it's a relaxing environment with food and drink specials daily. you can be a first-timer going there and right as you sit down you will have some awesome conversations with people sitting right next to you.“
“I couldn't believe my experience I had been in there a long time I've always loved that place but I couldn't believe the nice light and the bartender the prettiest and nicest bartender I've ever seen I recommend everyone goes there to get a beautiful smile and have good jokes and a good time see you soon over now“
“A short stay in Watertown New York while visiting Alexandria bay. We decided to stop and to Joe's tavern for a drink and to play some darts. The barmaid was fantastic very friendly the atmosphere was great. Will definitely go there again.“

“Flights, that’s a total of eight four ounce pours. They were all very good. I especially liked the black IPA, a dry Irish stout was very much like Guinness and also served on nitro. They have food, cocktails, and other beers besides their own. Something for everyone. Great location right on the black river downtown.“
