“If you want authentic boba drinks, this is the place to go! I'm a big boba drinker since 7 years old! Being born and raised in Cali, I had my fair share of boba drinks. Moving to fort drum due to military life and for some odd reason I decided to stay, there were really no good boba drinks. Ju Ju and the boba store in Syracuse mall were my go-tos for quite a while, but O-OH is absolutely the best! They meet my tasting standards I had from the west side! Also they are the most caring and sweetest people! O-OH customer service is always excellent and they really value their customers! They greet everyone with a friendly smile on their face! Even when I come in upset or angry, they always change my mood and I go back to being happy! The store is literally a happy atmosphere!“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been to multiple coffee places since recently moving here and have been disappointed until coming across Chrissy Beanz Bakery. I got their delicious (monthly special) Strawberry Crunch Latte and it was everything I've been searching for!! the coffee was delicious and strong and the flavor was so good without being overly sweet and perfectly creamy. My wife got a cookies and cream hot latte and she enjoyed every last drop!! Not only do they have the best coffee we have found here in NNY but their espresso coffee cake cups are everything you need! This is my new favorite place! I'm already craving more and it's the same day 😆 It was EXTREMELY busy but our drinks came out fast and every single worker had a smile on their face and were more than welcoming and polite! Good customer service is hard to find nowadays and everyone was absolutely amazing there. The customer service alone is a huge reason we will definitely be back! “We were in the Watertown NY store yesterday around 12:30, August 29th. I must say the gentleman who was checking membership cards was so personable and friendly, and it was obvious he knew a lot of customers, and that they really liked him. And the lady who checked our bill/cart was very friendly as well. I wasn’t expecting this at all. What a wonderful experience.“
