“Every time I go they are so nice and friendly. Last time in the drive through we dropped some of my change and she immediately gave me more even tho I told her it was totally fine. I bring my dog with me and they are always so happy to see him. Just nice and friendly and a good way to start the day.“
“This is one of the best Dunkin locations in Rochester. Fast, polite, friendly service. I drive past 2 other Dunkin locations to go to this one because of how good it is. They should send some of the Culver road staff here to train, or just close that location completely.“
“I stop at this location about once a week. Ordered on the app for drive-thru pickup as usual. Service was good. Was disappointed with the quality of food and beverage this time due to no fault of the employees but due to Dunkin products. Ordered the Chocolate Chunk Cookie that was on special and was disappointed to find it's a prepackaged cookie. Also ordered a chai latte with the unsweetened vanilla flavor shots. I get the chai frequently, but this was my first time trying the vanilla flavoring. It totally ruined the drink. I do NOT recommend it. I will continue to go to this location but will not order either of these items again.“
