“This was our first time trying The Gate House and we were impressed! We came on a Thursday afternoon with no reservation and were seated right away. Our server was prompt and attentive immediately and continued through the duration of our meal. We tried the Xerox pizza as well as the Duffy burger and both were 10/10! Absolutely delicious. “This is the best restaurant in Rochester! Quiet atmosphere but more than family friendly. The food is out of this world and the staff is kind and responsive. We've been going as a family for at least 10 years and they have watched my children grow not only in size but I'm they're willingness to grow their taste buds! We try to go at least once a month but we'd be there every weekend if we could! Reasonable prices for exceptional eats!“

This was the first time that I’ve been out to eat in a while, when I didn’t have to worry so much about compromising flavor, in place of excessive dairy and meats. “We absolutely loved working with Lisa at Dolce for our wedding cupcakes. As we were planning our wedding from a distance, most of our communication was via email. When we scheduled our tasting pick up, Lisa stopped what she was working on to introduce herself. Her attention to detail was unmatched. We ordered 38 dozen mini cupcakes and they were all gone by the end of the night. People are still raving about them.“

“We recently had a surprise 40th birthday celebration for my daughter. There were 14 guests. We had brunch on a Sunday. Everything was wonderful. The General Manager, Webster was great to work with. He was very professional as well as personable. The staff was amazing. Very polite & we had exceptional service. The food was delicious. Everyone was very pleased with what they had. “Stopped in for lunch with the family. I've been to the Victor location, but this is the first time I've been to the Pittsford location. Food is great, place is bustling, and has a very community forward feel. If you are really hungry, I suggest a sandwich and a side, as one sandwich might not fully satiate. But from all of the sandwiches I've had- they are all really good and tasty.“

“Our second time coming to the Mad Hatter Restaurant and Bakery. This time we came with our four granddaughters. This is a good choice as our granddaughters like vegetarian food and gluten-free options. This is a unique local restaurant you feel like you’re going down a rabbit hole with Alice. Limited parking which is why we walked from the George Eastman Museum which we just visited. I highly recommend the Mad Hatter if you’re in the city.“

The chicken and steak hibachi meal with fried rice was fresh, hearty, and delicious. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to offer an amazing dining experience. “I hosted a party at O'Callaghan's last weekend and had the best experience! The staff were so accommodating and flexible with our group. There were 25 of us in attendance and Savannah the bartender was such a massive help and so incredibly friendly. We all can't wait to visit again! The backyard patio/deck is stunning also this time of year, and there was a huge tent in the backyard open for anyone to use. What an awesome space that deserves more attention!“

The kitchen must have had a hard day because it took 45 minutes for our appetizer to come out and we had to wait over an hour for our dinner because of a burger challenge.
