“Great brewery! So glad we stopped here. They had 10 beers on tap and a choice of wine and local ciders in cans and bottles as well. We tried about half the beers in a flight, had a taste of another, and settled on their Roasted, which was very delicious. Wednesday night was trivia night and it was hopping but there was plenty of room for us and they had great outdoor seating which would have been nice had it not been raining. Food truck was outside with tempting dishes. Folks are super nice! Overall great experience!“

“1157 is the Best! Not only does the Chef, Andy prepare fabulous food, the wait staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and can help you make choices that will really suit your tastes. The Lobster Bisque I had for Valentines was Fabulous and Andy’s soups are always hearty and satisfying. This is truly a fine dinning or anytime treat in Elmira.“

“We love Pudgie's! Best pizza hands down. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Pizza is made really fast and fresh. The truck drivers are alwsys in and out and they are a little loud and demanding but the staff handles them so well and always has smiles.“

“Overall a delicious meal. We went on a Saturday which was steak night and a three source set menu. The steak was a little tough even when cooked at medium rare but tasted great. The ginger cake for dessert was delicious but so big. It was like the entire cake on a plate! A great atmosphere and perfect for a date night.“

“We had a wonderful experience at the Hill Top Inn tonight while celebrating our 50th anniversary. We had excellent service and incredible food. Also, I appreciate their GF menu It is rare to find so many options. We will definitely return!“

“First time coming to Elmira New York. We had no idea the food was so delicious here. We stopped in to this cute little mom and pop shop pizza place and everything looked so good that we couldn't choose just one thing. The owner treated us like family and made these out of owners feel like they were home. The mozerrela sticks were the best we've ever had, thick, ooey gooey cheese, perfectly crispy and fresh delicious dipping sauce. We couldn't decide if we liked the garlic, sausage, or Supreme pizza better. Just get them all! The hot wings and BBQ wings were 💣! We feel like we made a lifelong friend and new favorite spot to bring the family. The owner you can tell truly loves the people that come in and puts love into his food as well.“

“We got to Bernie Murray's early for dinner. The bartender asked if we would like to wait so we did. She brought us drinks, then came back 5 min later saying the cook is ready to start cooking if we would like to eat early, so we did. Fish was good, my piece was rather thin and greasy, my partner was happy with his. Might go back for there specialty chicken wings.“

“Great place too eat and would leave 5 stars but that tip thing again. I read about this in a lot of other comments and I wish they would read it and stop doing it. At the end of the meal she comes over with her little tray and fortune cookie and says numerous times tip, tip, tip.“

“We went with friends for dinner tonight. It was clean and nice inside. I went for the fish fry. It was very good, everyone was happy with their meals. The sweet potato fries were so good! Server was excellent.“
