The prices are a bit high. The place is packed on nice hot days. The drive thru on these days is horrible. I've waited for over 20 minutes in line before. There is always a bunch of younger kids working in there. They are not always organized as to who is doing what. They could definitely benefit from 2 windows. 1 to order and 1 to pick up. It might speed things up a bit.
They let us make a substitute and that's definitely a plus. But we also got a 3 scoop ice cream cone where each successive scoop was smaller than the 1 underneath it. That's a minus. Wish we could give half stars cos if choice this place 3 and a half stars.

So recently went here for my birthday and omg, the extra sweet and friendly staff were awesome. And it pleases me to say, very patient when it comes to myself and my indecisive crew. Lol, but they made sure their questions were detailed and showed us what each size looks like of both cone and cup and offered cups with cones to help us not to make a mess. The place is amazingly clean, smells like heaven, and always a nice treat on a long walk.
