“Today I went to the deer park location did not like it I’m not really the type to write reviews but that shake I had there was the worst very plain not much flavor to it was just not it, after like 2 hours my friends told me to try the west Babylon location I’m not that close to it but it was amazing very friendly people that work there shakes 10/10 and just there you feel great I will always be coming here just found my new favorite spot after work out. 🏋️“

But the meals weigh far more than what’s indicated on the packaging (used multiple food scales just to make sure I wasn’t crazy) so do not expect the nutrition facts listed to reflect what you’re actually eating. Important if you’re using this company to diet and or prep. If you’re just looking for taste and convenience, these guys are the best of the best and I’ll continue going for sure.“

“I absolutely love this place, it has been such a convenience to me and my husband after becoming new first time parents just being able to run in and pick up a few meals for the week has been so incredibly helpful to us when we just don't have the time to think about ourselves let alone what's for lunch everyday between the baby and work. All the meals are so fresh and absolutely delicious and you truly never get sick of them because they have so many choices to choose from.
I also love the staff everyone is so friendly, especially Stephanie, she is the absolute best! She is your girl if you don't know what to try, she's so incredibly helpful with recommending her favorites. My favorite is the burger bowl and chicken quesadillas:)“

They have meals to accommodate any diet, low carb, low fat, high protein, etc. The meals are delicious and the staff and atmosphere at the farmingdale location are awesome! I used redefine meals to help me weight cut for my last amateur fight when I competed in the LI Fight for Charity last November. I still use them weekly to maintain a healthy lifestyle. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Having an extremely busy schedule makes it challenging to stay on track with healthy eating, but Rachel makes it so easy! It’s accessible, affordable and delicious! She is Uber knowledgeable about every aspect regarding nutrition and she guided me through different “changes” in my body. Rachel & her team guide you along your journey (be it weight loss, maintenance or just plain ol’ being healthy!). I highly recommend everything this company has to offer!!“

“From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles. The lovely lady serving my bowl saw me rubbing my belly and immediately knew I was expecting. She was nice to me. And made sure my order was perfect for me and my expecting twins. The cashier woman whose name is Jackie was so excited for me. I needed this so m much because I haven’t announced it yet and I couldn’t wait for people to celebrate my pregnancy. “I love coming to Bango Massapequa. Not only are the bowls absolutely amazing and everything is always fresh, the staff are always friendly. Griffin is the one who usually takes care of my order, and he always gets my order right no matter how complicated and lovely to talk too. I can’t wait to see him next time I go in!“
