“The food and service are the best in Woodstock - tasty locally sourced food, great service, and an excellent atmosphere. The bar is also great - with top-quality drinks and friendly bartenders.Can't think of anything that could be improved. 100% recommend.“
“This place has a classic American tavern feel. There is bar seating and table seating. There are a couple of sections (a big back section which is where our group of 11 was seated). Food was delicious and they had a couple of options - bar snacks, appetizers, salads/soup, mains. The price of main entrees run from $20-$30. Service was also great.“
“When you walk in, you are greeted immediately and the atmosphere is inviting and warm. The food was absolutely stellar. I had a grilled octopus special for an app that was cooked to perfection followed by the half rack of lamb that was so juicy and delicious. The sauce was incredible..not only is the food 5 star, watching the staff work together was quite lovely. They seem to be a true family and it is a welcome sight to see. Highly recommend this establishment and kudos to the staff and kitchen.“
“The squash was one of the best tasting dishes I had during a weekend upstate. Don’t miss the mayana chocolate bars—sometimes in the display case and sometimes out in the grocery store aisle. “We enjoy the Reservoir Inn for special occasions. Since we had our wedding reception there we try to go every year for our anniversary (and occasion birthdays). This year we had an absolutely delicious jambalaya. The wait staff. Is always excellent and we can always depend on great food!“
