“The service here, especially at the drive thru in the morning is impeccable! Everyone is warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. Today I went inside since the drive thru line was so long and was so impressed by the smooth operation and rapid process they have where they all proactively divide their tasks to get the food and coffee out as quickly as possible. “Monday (2.19.18) afternoon I visited the palisades dunkin. In which I rarely visit. Amazing experience here. At most Dunkins they usually have me wait 10-15 min for my coffee and by the time I get my coffee they somehow mess it up. The cashiers were so polite. The staff looked alive and as if they wanted to be there. At most places the employees would have an attitude look like they havent slept in weeks. It got a bit hectic for a short period of time, but they handled it very well. I appreciate you guys for the amazing service that you guys provided. I would've love to speak to your manager at the time. I prefer this Dunkin over the one in Nanuet anytime.“

“These are the lightest, melt-in-your-mouth glazed donuts I’ve found in Westchester!!! I also love their coconut donuts and huge sesame bagels!!! Many choices but choices dwindle after 9:00 am so go early. One is able to select a perfectly ripe banana at checkout if trying to eat healthy…hahaha“

“This place is a hidden gem/slice of heaven. The pastries are made fresh daily and are light and really perfectly balanced. They come with great flavors that you don't commonly find like cardamom. It was very hard to decide but I went with a pistachio option for pastry/doughnut. I also ordered a cappuccino and added one of their cafe-made flavors: s'mores. They offer others but this was especially good and again, not overly sweet. They really got it right. Dean and Co are very friendly & courteous. If you're close by, make this a part of your morning routine!

“I have gone to this Dunkin since I was extremely little, and the staff still remember me by name. They always make my orders with love and care. The staff that work here are incredibly kind and warm to all customers. On top of all this, they are extremely hardworking! “They have my favorite coffee year round now.. butter pecan and I prefer iced, w/extra flavor and creamer Not milk. Perfect! Try it As far as their menu I only chose the foods I've tried. I'm sure all of it is great.

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“I fell horribly right after getting my order today. The employees all helped me. Gave me water dressed my knee and redid my order free of charge. They were all so caring. Humanity goes a long way. I did not catch their names but Thank you. Shift of 12:30pm. All five of you were compassionate.“

“Okay, I am biased as a former Baskin Robbins ice-cream jockey. I actually loved working with (and unfortunately for my waistline, sampling) all 31+++ flavors! Baskin Robbins is still consistently one of the best hard ice-cream offerings around. Some of the other "creameries" that have become popular are nice, but pretentious and overpriced by comparison. Many "frozen yogurt" make-your-own places spring up and vanish but lack the flavor, mouth feel, quality or consistency of simple fresh ingredients. I prefer my ice cream to be real, with natural flavor and without excessive nonsense all over the top of it being weighed and charged at small fortunes. Baskin Robbins as small adjuncts to Dunkin Donuts are certainly appreciated, but I do miss the full selection previously offered in full service stores. Where oh where is my Chocolate Mousse Royale? “This location is pretty good. Ive had a handful of issues but they corrected it immediately. This place looks a lot more inviting after the remodeling. “I wanted to share a wonderful experience that I had at the Dunkin Donuts onRoute 59 in Suffern Our son, Avi came home this weekend. I met his van at the Dunkin Donuts near Woodbury Commons. When I arrived Avi asked if I could buy him a donut and I told him that we would drive back to Suffern and buy a donut at the kosher Dunkin Donuts. When we arrived at the Dunkin Donuts in Suffern there was a worker from Dunkin Donuts outside hanging a sign that the drive thru was closed and she told me that I would have to go into the store. I politely told her that we were going to leave because I had my son with autism with me and it was not in his best interest to go into the store. Sophia, the Dunkin Donuts employee, with a smile and without hesitation said, "It's okay, what's your order? She then took my order from the parking lot. I ordered 5 donuts. She returned with 6 donuts and told me that it was cheaper that way and handed me the donuts. I tried to give her a tip and had to convince her to take it. Sophia's kindness, in the drizzly weather, was without hesitation and with a smile on her face. She made my day and certainly made Avi's day. We are very grateful! #randomactsofkindness“

“Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

I withdrew $200 from the ATM but then forgot to take the money 😟 I didn’t realize it until hours later so of course went back hoping against hope...
