“Ordered takeout.
My boyfriend and I went inside and ordered an order of pizza logs and fried cheese curds. The total price was like $14. My food was delicious! Perfect style crispy; not under cooked nor over cooked and not too crispy or too hard to eat. It was all freshly made and only took a few minutes. Included in my price was 2 marinara sauce cups without even being asked for them! ❤️ Because who doesn't love dipping sauces! I know I do. ❤️ We had fast and friendly service and awesome food. Definitely will order more food from there. We live close too. 😀”

“The atmosphere is very laid back and the service and food are always great. At the most recent visit our waiter (Alex P.) was a super polite and helpful.

The pretzel bites are always delicious and the beer cheese they come with is probably the best I have ever had (the beer flavor is nice and subtle). I don't usually enjoy pork, but the pork burnt ends (served over mac and cheese) are AMAZING. The food in general is always somewhere between very good and great. The wife and I really enjoy the beautiful outdoor seating on the water.

I don't have much negative to say about the place. It is a bit pricey, but what decent restaurant isn't nowaday?

“Went on an amazing first date last night. Darcy and Adam were nothing short of fantastic hosts from phone reservation to allowing us to try food we had never tasted before, to amazing entrees. My short rib grilled cheese and her kimchi burger was fantastic. The aesthetic and ambiance reminded me of a warm heated cabin in the Colorado wilderness. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a bigger celebration next time! 10/5 stars.”

“Everything is made to perfection. The staff is awesome. They know me, and what I drink. The place is kept super clean. My suggestion would be more delivery days offered. Maybe a couple hours each day .. And the new ordering system is not convenient at all. I don't think I would ever place an order thru there. It's too confusing. Just the way it's organized. No I have to search thru the whole inventory or list of items before I get to the one I like ... other than that, I love this place!”

“4 orders in a row, they've messed up a simple sub. Steak and cheese with ONLY onions , NOTHING else. McDonald's does a better job🤦‍♀️ Up at 3 am and go out for my only meal at 7 pm, but, not eating it. Call and was informed we will have to wait for a refund. Listening to a customer's order, when not busy, should be an easy enough task. Will NOT be using nor recommending them! **Update** called and reported the mess up and wanting a refund. Was told someone would call me the next day, have still heard nothing!”

“Stopped in after dinner out for a couple drinks with friends. Was pleasantly surprised. Very unassuming from the outside, but very clean and welcoming inside. Super friendly bartender, touch tunes, pool and darts. Other patrons also friendly. Will definitely make this a regular stop.”

“This is my local Tim’s and I’m a regular. Love it! The breakfast menu has a bunch of excellent options. All very tasty. My go to is the grilled farmers wrap w/bacon and sausage. Coffee is always fresh and delicious and I love that they air fry their hash browns as opposed to deep frying.

“I went there yesterday (10/11) around 5pm. Amazing service! I was traveling all day and stopped to grab a few things and was very hungry. The guy that was making the food was fast, really friendly and gave the best service I’ve ever had at a subway. His name was Addison I believe, best sub ever, perfectly crafted and very fast. I felt welcome and appreciated as soon as I stepped up. 10/10 best subway experience ever.”

“Love the employees, especially the store and assistant manager of the subway inside of Mobil of Massena. All employees are welcoming, and polite even when they are dealing with rude customers as I witnessed first hand today. Very professional workers here. So all the negative reviews I have just brings to question if it’s someone being mean and degrading a business because they didn’t like something or get their way. People take this customers are always right too seriously. Stores have a way of running a business and policies to follow. People simply just need to grow up and stop attacking business and their workers. The workers here have always been pleasant to deal with, and I will forever go to this subway.”

“A friendly face greated me with my drinks 1st, and then food seconds later. And fast service. My drink was the frozen coke! They made the service fast by having our order ready when we got to the window! The employee made the service friendly! And the frozen coke was amazing, brought back memories as a kid!”

“This place is busy. But it's worth the wait. The food is great and they have a lot more variety of food then they used to have. The staff is friendly. It's located inside of a gas station so there isn't any inside dining. They do have a drive thru though. They even offer some desert items such as cakes and apple turnovers.”

I know a small bit of the history and I'm so excited to see what the new management brings to the table.Because I was not a customer by definition, I chose not to rate or review the food. They appear to work well together, the store is clean, bright and the aromas from the 3 stores (Dunkin, KFC & Subway) were aaaamazing?”

Recently had a HORENDOUS few visits at the potsdam location.. they could definitely learn a few things from massena!”
