“Great beer selection. Knowledgeable staff that will help you choose something you will enjoy. I had the mango habanero wings and bulgogi nachos. The wings were delicious. The nachos were fine. Nice ambience, with lots of TVs playing different sports. Large outdoor patio. Give them a visit!“

“A great beer hall with a selection of classic food. We love coming here, it’s one of the best places to drink in Astoria. It gets a little hot and crowded in summer, but it’s a delightful visit. When the tap lines are freshly cleaned, they can also put some exceptional beers out - they are one of the few spots with Czechvar in the city. If you have a sporting event you wanna watch or you just wanna hang out with friends, it’s a good shout!“

“The atmosphere and service were outstanding. We only went for desert and coffee. The chocolate cake was amazing. A couple we vacationed with has eaten dinner there 2 nights before and said how amazing the food was. One of the staff members even gave us a personal tour and history of the building. “I came here after dinner for a few beers. It was early on a Friday night but the place was already packed. I couldn't find a spot at the bar to sit or any of the tables so I just stood off out of people's way. I saw someone who sort of looked like Kyle Mooney but I'm pretty sure it wasn't him. They have lawn games to play inside. As it's an old warehouse, there's enough space. Overall a place with good vibes.“

The burgers are high quality but classic two patty burgers, done perfectly. It was so good I went back a second time during my visit to NYC. Is it expensive? No, it’s what you’d expect to pay in NYC with pricey Chelsea market rent, high quality ingredients, and top notch staff who are fairly compensated.“

“Absolutely one of my favorite places to grab a drink in NYC! The location has the best view of Oculus, has a big outdoor patio and they have live music all of the time. The alcoholic drinks are good but the non alcoholic drinks are just ok - watermelon juice was not good in my opinion, so watery and seemed like it had been frozen for a long time. “Been there a few times. I must say food is fantastic!!! The fish tacos and the southwestern chicken sandwich is a must try. They have different specials everyday. Friendly atmosphere, service is very attentive. Love trivia nights and live music on Saturdays. So far is my favorite place to go with friends and family. Great spot for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Highly recommended!!“

“SUPER CHILL LAID-BACK VIBE 🌅 This is a hidden bar off the block with a great vibe literally steps away from the sidewalk. A great place to grab a drink to unwind after a long day or a rendezvous with one other person to catch up over drinks. The vibe is a little bit of Austin, TX by the lake here. You can go inside to a modest-spaced bar or simply walk up to the window outside from the patio. The decor is unpretentious which is refreshing and probably the allure in this “well to do” neighborhood. It does have a casual yard feel with gravel ground and even the roof of the patio area is just plain old tarp… but it just works to the overall aesthetic here. The music 🎵 isn’t so overpowering so you can hear each other talk. They also serve food by a walk up window trailer where you can get hot dogs and burgers etc. In the summer, I like walking 🚶🏽 in for a quick frozen margarita, sit back and chillax. Love this place! “I love Hasenstuble — the food, drinks, and atmosphere are fantastic. However, our recent experience was severely marred by a server named Gabriel, whose conduct was shockingly unprofessional. His demeanor was openly rude, dismissive, and hostile from the outset. Attempting to order food felt like an unwelcome disruption to his day, and he treated our group with thinly veiled contempt. This was without question one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant service experiences I've ever encountered. It's deeply disappointing to see such a great venue undermined by such unacceptable behavior.“
