“Awesome place with amazing food and atmosphere! So far I've tried the burgers, chicken sandwich, quesadilla, french onion soup, truffle fries and quinoa salad, never had anything I didn't like. Prime Rib special is a must! Outside is newly renovated, added new fencing and picnic tables and lots of outdoor seating. Bar is a lot of fun as well, great drink specials. I find their weekly events like live music and karaoke nights on their Facebook page.

Pelligrinos is our favorite pizza spot so I called them. It was 5:30PM on a Friday night and I asked if they could accommodate our party of nine at 7:00. They were happy to prepare a table for us! I was shocked. They brought us the most incredible plate antipasto and placed it in front of our daughter and said happy birthday! Then we have the most delicious apps, pizza and an incredible pasta special for dinner. We couldn’t have been happier! They then brought complimentary fried dough for dessert for the table! What an incredible experience! We were so grateful that they not only came to our rescue at that late hour, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. I would pick the lengua aka ox tongue a lot more tender and juicy if you go the bovine route. The enchiladas with mole was bomb and the chile relleno is to die for that’s green chilies fried and battered with a cheesy filling. The mofongo and arroz con pollo were both rich and delicious. And the portion size could feed a family of four. The staff were friendly and attentive and saw to be our every need. “One week ago I called the Colonial Diner when the caterer for our daughter’s after wedding brunch cancelled 10 days before the wedding weekend. I told them what my crisis was and these complete strangers sprang into action and promised to take care of us. This morning they delivered delicious food and sooo much of it.
