If I could give an extra half a star I would definitely give this place a 4.5! I love the idea of a locally owned fish market in the area, however this review is more for the cooked menu and food options.

JJR Highridge Fishery is hands-down my favorite spot for seafood in Yonkers. This family-run place has been around for decades, and you can taste the difference—the owner heads out at dawn every day for the freshest catch, and it shows in every dish. The fried fish is crispy, flavorful perfection, and I’m obsessed with the grilled shrimp Caesar salad and that dill sauce that makes everything better.
