“I normally don’t write reviews of fast food places, but this was the only KFC I’ve ever been to where the manager came out while I was dining in to ask how the food was. I told him the chicken was a little dry. He understood my concern and told me he will get me a free replacement. He came back out with a new piece which was much juicier. Thanks for the great customer service.“
“Take this review with a grain of salt...it was late about an hour before close...at least 3 cars left the drive thru...the wait was long and staff were visibly and audibly unhappy with each other... I was unsure if orders were even being taken by the speaker until someone eventually said something. I'm very sure she misheard my order, and with a min of 6 delivery people outside, yeah, I felt bad...in the end, the food was fresh and good...this pla e gets busy and just be patient.“
“My boyfriend and I had a Great experience here. The guy in the front who took our order was very nice. He gave us a variety of sauces and explained the new one to us too. They were exceptionally fast and all the food hit the spot. Turned our day around for sure! Legitimately the best customer service from that guy taking the order.“
